Hi @DayanPerera , a quick solution could be using filter settings, create a filter with parameter % on this column, then save it and use filter settings > Startup behavior and Use filter > Saved filter with your saved one. This solution would work only on your user though.
Hi @Manish Verma , good idea would be to look for an event or command as solution to trigger such workflow. Could you please specify in more detail your requirements for this process? IFS APP version and screenshots with description of desired outcome would help a lot.
Hi, got a great advice worth sharing (works in 23R2):After you deploy your BPA that is to be triggered (for example by Custom Event), and you will find that something is not working properly, use “Start Watch” to gather observations on data that is pushed to BPA. Start Watch and redo the steps that are supposed to trigger this event and BPA. On deployed BPA version, you can verify Observations gathered during this process. There you will find for example: in what format the attributes are used in the data that is pushed to BPA. In above example, I’ve noticed that the variable I was using in my BPA ( TaskSeq ) was incorrect, because Custom Event was pushing to BPA variable in notation TASK_SEQ. Hope this helps!
Hi @meshfemi . As above suggested docs.ifs.com is actually a viable place to start.Simply navigate to IFS Cloud Documentation and select IFS Cloud release that you are interested in, next you can navigate for example to “IFS Business Models” which will present you with process in graphical model form. Information about CRM you will find in 4. Customer Relationship Management, for example: 4.7 Lead Management or 4.8 Business Opportunity Management etc.By drilling down do details you will find general description (for example “About Business Opportunity” - simply click page icon on the right side of the exclamation mark) and description for specific activities in given process (for example in proces 4.8.3.1 Enter Business Opportunity, to see description for “Enter Business Opportunity Header” click page icon on the bottom right side of the activity box). You can also use search documentation functionality on the left navigation pane in IFS Cloud Documentation page, to search for specific

I had the same issue with sending PDF instant invoices with one of my Customers. It seems that the parameters used by PDF_REPORT_CREATED are not passed, when you print out instant invoice. The proposed solution is to use report rules instead - You could create a report rule for INSTANT_INVOICE_REP and use action type = “Route to Connect”.In this way, when the User prints out an instant invoice, an email (that can have a predefined text) with PDF attachment (printed instant invoice) will be sent to the Customer e-mail address. For more details with examples, please check technical documentation:http://f1web/f1docproj/apps10sp/foundation1/040_administration/250_operational_reporting/070_report_rules/default.htm Best regards,Marcin
