Yes/No”, but how can I control the next screen based on what the technician answer? If yes, continue the execution flow. Otherwise jump to the summary screen to close the task? When we initialize the device OPEN Tasks are not synced, but if we set the PersonID on a OPEN Task it is automatically (real time) synced with mobile. Best regards,
Hi, We have a requirement where dispatcher can fixed task to a technician and PSO should optimize within their shift. The only way to achieve this is by setting the Person ID and the flag Fixed Person. But we don’t want to sync these task to the mobile devices, because they are not optimized (might even be in an OPEN status). We changed the task sync rule to remove the OPEN status from the constrains...and this is working as expected when initialization is performed (task with status OPEN are not sync), but if we set the person ID for a second task it automatically syncs to mobile. Why do we have different behaviors with Initialization and RealTime, if the sync rule is the same??How can we limit the task sync based on a specific status? Best regards,João Oliveira

Hi, First of all thank you @Kalpani Dissanayake for your support! I think the issue is that the baseline mass update button/Owner field in Task Screen opens the Team Member lookup, instead of Person Lookup (like the Owner in search list).If you check the table TEAM_MEMBER there is no ACCESS_GROUP column, therefore it is not possible to control the access for different Roles/Users. The workaround we have is to change the lookup navigation for every owner field (pointing it to the person record instead). Best regards,
Hi, With UPD 11 there is a mobile enhancement which allow to configure a signature field on Standard Screens, however I’m having some trouble configuring it. Could some one help me? I already added the screen (REQUEST.USER_DEF_NUM5) as explained at the RN and the attachment is created correctly, but the relation at request_attachment is not created. How can I lik the record with the field?? Best regards,

I checked the configurations you mentioned (TASK_STEP) and now the REQUEST.USER_DEF_NUM5 is populated with the attachment ID, nevertheless the REQUEST_ATTACHMENT relation is not created.For me this is not a problem, since I don’t need to show the signature anywhere (just need the link at the request level)!
