Hi Marcel,I think so, too. We will report it to IFS as a potential bug and see what the response is. I’ll update this thread once we hear back from support.ThanksMaria
Hi Nuwanthika, Are the so called branches individual companies in your setup? And are the company holidays taken off the employees annual leave allowance? Maria
Thank you Karolina. That’s what I thought it would do. I’ll test it again 😊
@Anny Hi Anny,The case number is G2298746. It is still open and RnD seem to believe that this behaviour was never possible in EE, not now or in previous versions. I am not sure they understood the problem because this was possible since at least 7.5 and still is in EE in Apps 10 so I don’t understand why they are saying it is not. Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding and will be resolved soon. I suggested a call to demonstrate the problem.
@Chandima Pathirana Below was the suggestion:“Hi Maria,Kindly note that the expected behavior could be done as follows.Steps:1. Navigate to;Human Capital Management->HCM Services->Employee Management->Employee File->Personal Information->Private Contact Information 2. Filter the employee and verify that there are two addresses and one with a Contact Method. 3. Now navigate to;Human Capital Management->Manager Services->People and Organization->Personal Information Change 4. Filter the employee and press to the Modify button option and then on the toggle of Contact Method. 5. In there all the contact method will be listed and can select the required contact method that needed to change the address. By clicking the Edit option, you will navigate to Modify Contact Methods dialogue. 6. In the Modify Contact Methods dialogue, under the Address ID, the current linked address displays as the Old Value, and by selecting an address from the New Value LOV, the user can c
@milagb @Chandima Pathirana I reported this as a bug in November 2021. I was sent a workaround but that was not feasible. I am still waiting on a fix for it.
It sounds like you are using a standard calendar year for your absences but still allow your employees to use up their absence limit into Jan 22. In this case I would change the calendar to be a custom calendar and include Jan. Give that a go. Not working, the calendar is already specified for the coming 9 years. Hello again,The screen shot you attached is showing the work time calendar which isn’t linked to your absences. The absences in the HR module use a separate calendar. You can zoom in from your absence group or go to Human Resources > Time Management > Schedules and Rules > Absence Management Basic Data > Absence Limit Calendar TypeThere are three different options for the Period Type.Absence Limit Calendar Type - Period TypeI am assuming you are currently using Calendar Year which is your normal Jan-Dec. I was suggesting you try the Custom Year instead. When you do that you can define Jan 2021 - Jan 2022. Once you have done that you need to add that cale

Hi there, If you want to use the Benefit section in IEE, then you need to set up some basic data first. Start by adding your insurance provider as a supplier. Once you have done that you can create your Benefit Provider by selecting the supplier id from the list of values.Next are your Benefit Options. Create options that will indicate the level of membership. Which ones will depend on the insurance details. It could be something like Single/Family with the option item being Gold/Silver/Bronze etc.The Benefit Plan Categories are not mandatory but can come in handy if you want to group your benefits for reporting purposes. So that could be Health or Medical, Pension, Dental etc. depending on how you want to group them. Once that is all done you start setting up the Benefit Plan where you pull all together, provider , options and items, validity of the plan and eligibility rules. Hope this helps.Maria
Hi Karin,We have the same issue and are reporting it as a bug.Maria
Hi Damith, That’s exactly the information that I needed. Thank you very much. I shall configure it and test accordingly. Thank you for the quick reply!Maria
Thank you both for your replies. What you were suggesting @XitInaamM is what the customer was envisaging and is requesting. I think we will end up doing something similar in Phase 2 of their project. Thanks again. Maria
