@NickPorter The reason I need to use the same authentication is because we have other projects also using it, switching it to use a different authentication will cause problems down the line. I was wondering if there is a parameter I could add that somehow acts as a specific user.
To get the “Report Format & Output” to popup the customer output media needs to be set ‘Printout’ Output media field can be found in the customer screen > payment tab

@Himasha Abeywickrama It is appearing in Report Archive, but I am unable to view the document. Report Rule Log is empty I have checked this with several different users they are experiencing the same issue. After trying this again I was only able to get the “Report Format & Output” to popup for specific customer ID’s. I will investigate the difference between customer ID’s that work and don’t work to determine why this is happening.

Hey @Himasha Abeywickrama I unchecked the enabled checkbox on the report rule, but when I opened the ‘Customer statement of account’ IFS screen and provided the data and pressed ok the ‘report format & output’ popup did not appear.
@Himasha Abeywickrama By “deactivate” do you mean deleting the report rule or just unchecking the enable check box in report rule.

@Susith Setunga Yes those are the steps I followed to create Business Opportunity through Estimate. we have logged a case with IFS forthis.
@Susith Setunga @Rasika Lakmal I have found the common scenario for when the market field is set empty in business opportunity. This issue is only happening when the business opportunity is created through estimate. Our IFS environment is on AppsUPD10.
I believe they may be setting it to empty during creation of the Business Opportunity because I followed the same steps you all showed me above and it worked with no issue.
Hi @EntNadeeL It does not have the option to use binding, is this because I used group instead of list?
I checked the Report Rule Log screen it remains empty. I added the NO_PRINTOUT Set Property action and updated the Check In To Document Management action. The Print job queue status stayed in ‘working’The report still does not get auto attached to the BO Attachments.
