hello Violeta, review the Tax direction of the transaction, Tax direction must be the same that in the Tax book, otherwise, it will not be reconized. and you could receive the message that it is not included in the tax book.Regards

@GayanD , As in IFS where each company has a company ID, on the supplier´s system side the supplier might have It own company ID. This supplier ID is thir own system should be indicated as Supplier´s Own ID.IF your are using any EDI communication should be completed,as an example when cofiguring Pagero for Sending Purchase Orders – Set-up. It is indicated to complete:On the general tab you should add our ID to the supplier’s system. You must also add the supplier’s own address ID for each address and check for address typeIt is mainly important when comunicating to your supplier system directly or by xml files.Hope it help.

Hi Rasangi,Yes, Tax Code IMP is manually added, when some supplier invoice has import Tax, this Tax code is included, it is a line only with Tax.

Hi @bengab ,The line with the price difference does not wring the Work Ordr No, and Work Task No. if you complete this information, the cost will show in the work order.Also, I would recomend you to try, Purchase Order Matching by line. When it is activated in supplier the system does not make a second line for price difference, but the difference would be included in the same line. Best regards,Al

Hi, From my experience there some requirements:the PO line matching with differents Tax Cod only is available for Part Orde Lines articules.Supplier PO Matchig, have to be set as PO Line2, Purchase Order have to be for Part Order lines. the Supplier Invoice, need to have completed the Part No.
