Hello, does anyone have any ideas here how the dispatcher for example can see the manual changes made to an activity? I know about the new Manual Change History panel, but unfortunately the change history lasts only during the current user session and it disappears afterwards. Are there any plans maybe in the new release regarding this functionality? Or did anyone face this issue before?Thank you very much!
@skullk, thank you for the hint, I have indeed a lot of failed transactions for service notes. I assume this is not the normal behaviour.
Hello @skullk , thank you for the help. Yes, exactly, the changes made to the service notes are not synced to cloud. I have tried with other changes in MWO (Long Description, Allocated Finish, Priority) in the Request Task and I can see them in Cloud.Is this the screen that you mean?
