Hi @saiful , An employee is connected to a person and person is connected to a user. Therefore, first check the person assigned to your user in the Person window.Then check in the Employees window whether there is an employee assigned to that Person. Go to External File Templates and Query for File Template “STDSIN1” RMB DetailsDetails tab has the specifics of the template STDSIN1If you want to import supplier invoice with multi-line you should use STDSIN1 template.This template allows you to use more than one rows type I (Items).You can add also more line for postings.In attachment you will find an example how this file should look like.
Also @saiful , Could you try the following please?You need to grant the permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN for the newly created user (if IFSAPP_FULL is revoked from the user), since it is the permission set required for an end user to connect to the Aurena Client. It is corresponding to the FND_ENDUSER permission set for logging into the IEE client.Can you try granting the FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN to the user, refreshing the security cache, and then try ?

Hi Ken, Did you get info message ‘This Voucher will update Fixed Assets’? If you did not get this when processing the voucher that means it will not be considered as a value added to the Object. Was the Q voucher referring an acquision account ? Please go through the below basic data setup for fixed assets acquisition and try to find the missing parts. Then you will be able to activate the object. Define a Code Part for FA AccountingOpen the Define Code String window. Specify one code part and code part function for Fixed Assets Accounting. There is a Received - Not Yet Invoiced Report. Also from the Supplier related reports you can find the open amounts. As far as I know i dont think there is a Parts Received but not yet Paid report in the standard application.
