can you send other emails / reports or is it just this type of report? Is the report being generated (PDF Archive)???
I believe there is a standard event called “INCIDENT_CASE_CREATED_STATUS”, this you will need to create some actions from…. if you need a hand give a holler...
Which version are you using as if you’re able to create a custom field this really is rather simple… if not its a little more tricky…
Side question but are these “Large” files being stored in the Oracle or an FTP site? The DB storage really only benefits documents or at least files with recognised text, photos or videos etc are best stored outside of the db to prevent issues with db size which can occur…
Its the VBA code, basically its kinda poorly written and I’ve made a few amendments from time to time… firstly and most easy is the columns and rows… it assumes all columns are full so write a little code which finds the last column and then use this as a reference throughout the code… but its an Excel VBA issue
My guess would be permission issues as you’re using an RPT file which the web service can find… have you tried running the report as IFSPRINT within crystal reports to make sure there isn’t a view or API not yet granted?
normally its an access issue, check permission sets, if possible use the IFSPRINT to run the report in crystal, you’ll get a more meaningful error message or at least be able to disregard that.. I’m assuming other crystal reports are working? Richhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/erppm/
this tends to happen when a field isnt present on all views, for example… Register Arrivals has been adapted to Source_ref1, Source_ref2, Source_ref3, Source_ref4 etc whereas the custom fields map to the LU PurchaseOrderLine where its still order_no, line_no etc… so if you have a custom field which uses order_no it will work but only when you try to deploy to a view which have these columns… Richard Woods
