The current geocoding provider for IFS Cloud is HERE Maps.
Please refer https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/23r2/WorkProcessing/AboutGeocoding.htm for more information.
The default is being set as ‘collapsed=True’ in the client code. Please check the picture below, So, it is Not possible to configure it to expand default/all times unless it is set in the code. (collapsed=False). In addition, if we don’t set either True or False (leaving empty), then expand/collapse patterns save in the use profile based on the user’s behavior.I hope this will help.
Hi @PaulaAdkins - Have you looked into the IFS Cloud Product Documentations? Specially areas shown in the process model below.NOTE: The exact process model is much bigger than the picture here.
Correct there is no way to configure it. But if you modify the respective software code, as I mentioned above. (collapsed=False).
Regardless of the previous IEE client or the new Aurena client, the core functionality should be same except for the new capabilities/features added on the later releases. In that case, I can suggest you refer the News presentations related to the later releases.
@Andryis Please check whether the below information, clarifies you. Calculating Planned due dates requires at least two or more accumulated measurements in case of Performed Value Based = Yes.If any cumulative criteria is registered, one condition line is shown on the Maintenance Plan tab even before any measurement is registered. You can manually generate work orders having this line only. When two or more accumulated measurements are registered, it generates a condition based forecast PM plan by calculating the average use per day under the assumption of linear use of the equipment object. When the condition generation routine is started, work orders will be generated if a recorded measurement falls outside the acceptable limits defined on the PM actions. If accumulated condition-based PM action is set to Performed Value Based = Yes, the Planned Values of the maintenance plan will be recalculated and adjusted based on either. The Last Measurement at Maintenance, or The Predicted Valu
HI @CdcPatrCs as you experienced it, deleting transaction history is not permitted due to the risks involved. Accidentally removing valid data can lead to various consequences. However, in situations where the table contains a significant amount of older data, archiving becomes a viable option.any thoughts @deshan.ekanayake ?
Hi @SaaAvinak Based on my understanding, there doesn't seem to be any setting or configurability available for this. One potential solution could be to implement a custom event to override the default behavior.I hope this is helpful.
Great, feel free to reach out to us if you have any further inquiries.🙂
Hi @Timmermans Roel You've configured the settings correctly. However, actual outcome doesn't align with your expectations. The setup only carries over the characteristics, not the specific values. It is outlined in the product documentation, ---- ----- ----Let's consider an example using the Object Type 'Centrifugal Pump'. If a plant or facility has 100-200 centrifugal pumps, it's unlikely that all of them share identical values for characteristics like "Driver Power", "Differential Head", or "Medium".This discrepancy between the ideal scenario and reality makes it impractical to inherit values for all pumps directly from the Object Type.I hope this would help.
When viewing the Functional Object, the default setting for the "Attribute Type" is Both, which enables the visualization of both alpha and numeric attributes. However, when set to Both, the table becomes read-only. If there is a need to manually input specific values, the Attribute Type should be set as either Alpha or Numeric. Both - Read Only Mode Numeric - Editable mode
Hi @Busra Akcan - Check whether the below document is helpful?
Hi @Lina Menciene Check the below part of the documentation from “Document Access” documentation page,---- Access for Creating DocumentsAccess to create documents of a certain class can be granted to a person by creating records in the Persons and Groups tab in the Document Class Management form. By default, if there are no records in this form, all persons can create documents of that class. As soon as there are records in this form, the person needs to have a record defined or needs to be part of one of the groups defined. If a certain person is not granted access for a particular class, the class will not be displayed in the list of values of the Document Class field in the Create Document Assistant, Create Documents assistant and Attachment panel's Create New Document assistant. If the document class is manually entered, an error will be displayed mentioning that the person does not have access to create a document of that class. All the other forms other than the mentioned ones w
