Hello all,
Currently when a Work order is generated through a PM action, the Directive field on Work Order screen is same as the Action description field on PM action.
Is there any setup on anything where we can predefine the text and PM action and that text can be used as Directive for Work Order generated through the PM action?

Based on my understanding, there doesn't seem to be any setting or configurability available for this. One potential solution could be to implement a custom event to override the default behavior.

Thank you for your update. I believe that's the only option I have for now, to create a custom event and update the Directive once it is created.
