Hi,With the Import/Export functionality, you can have the Global_Code_Table in the list, but not App_Param. I only know the way that i gave you before.Maybe an expert +++ could answer if there is a way (customization ?) to add App_param as a table in the import/export funtionality. ?
Hi @AdrianEgley Thanks you for your help. Yes it’s a long way...but it ‘a way that we have probably for 80% of projects and I voluntarily simplified the business case. Probaly, the most current case is to replicate the hierachy of the organization in the data rights access when a user will connect to the application.Many customers or propsects want to separate data because as service providers for multiples activities (telecom, electricity, etc...) and for many customers/contracts they often have users dedicated to one of them. Thus, they clearly want that rights for a user dedicated to a territory (first level = reflects of the organization) or customers or contracts (or a combination of 3 organization/customer/contract) must not see Request’s data that does not belong to him. I don’t ask about Filter data by saved search, but really data access rights when I open the request screen or contract screen or quote screen.For example, if we have an Field Manager or Contract Manager in N

Hi @Kalpani Dissanayake Sorry, but it’s a little bit complex : For example for a contract on a request: Sometimes is not dispalyed on the task and sometimes yes. Just for business perspective, if you have a contract on a request, you should have the contract populated (based on place or product, it doesn’t matter) on tasks related. No doubt here, no real business case were is not the case.For example , below you can see that the contract is on the task in the smart, but not displayed on the mobile. Why ? what is the sync rule ? (no customization was made on sync rule) thanks and regards

I have some additional questions.As I said, in my logistics process flow the part is shipped from a warehouse to the VAN tech.Then the tech will declare the part used and at this step, I guess the part will be declared as a product in the customer site.1/ For this logistics flow : FSM couldn’t allow me to select “Install” or “billable part” for the flow “warehouse to the VAN tech” , the only option that works is “Transfert”. So could you suggest to set the 2 flags you mentioned for the “Transfert” part line code ?2/ As you said Install a part to a product is managed by the Part line code. So, for the part is it optional or required to set the the part as “Asset” and/or “Part to product” ? What setting is required for the part if I want to have this Part installed as a product when I used it ? Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi @Kalpani Dissanayake Thanks for your answer.I think we have a misunderstanding, because In the case 1 : the tech HAS the part in his stock and I want that the part is installed in the customer site as a product.Billable don’t allow to do that in standard.1/ Do we have to put the Line code “Billable” with Install and part to product checked or create another part line code in the table and leave Billable as design ?2/ What is the best transaction to use in order to maintain stock in a van ? With your answser : 3/ Do you confirm that when a part need is defined there is NO other ways that a shipping ?As I mentioned, I can have automatically a part need that came from a task template (often for maintenance task) , but I don’t want to make a shipping if the Tech assigned on the task has the part in is van. In mobility, if I use a part in my stock, the part is mentioned “billable” and not install as a product in the customer site. What could I do in order to have the part install as a product : put flags ON a part line code “billable” or create a new part line code (to keep “billable” as defined by the baseline) 2/ to maintain inventory in a Van : In many customer processes, each tech will come in the morning at his office and take some parts from the inventory office to his VAN stock (part often used of part to product that he have to install in his tour, like telecom box. What is the best transaction that we will have to use in order to make these diary/frequent transfers : Office inventory to Van inventory ?Thanks and Regards

You have the same settings like me for the case 1 : Adjust stock - N, part to prod - Y, Serialized - YBut I’m not sure to understand correctly your anwser : In smart client, allowed to select the part and add that as a part usage with a new serial id (Not existing from the stock). But in mobile, do not allowed to select a serial id from existing stock.Does it mean that we can’t do that in FSM mobile ? we can’t do an action in FSM mobile that we can in smart client ? I hope I made a misunderstanding The customer Case will be to perform the action you did in the smart client, BUT in FSM mobile because it’s an action perfomed by field technician. Hi @Kalpani Dissanayake Ok thanks for the first part of the question : To send email + attachment The second part is to receive email linked to specific object of FSM (request)Then the recipient (customer contact) of the email sent will make an answer by email and we have to add this email answer + attachment to the request. The recipient will use the email address used to send the first email, to make his answer.Could you please describe how to listen email / to add email in a request in FSM ? To give you a better description with an example :1/ Email sent to the customer: Request_ID XXX / From email.address@xxx.com / To customer.contact@email.com / Attachment ZZZ2/ Email received form the customer : Request_ID XXX / From customer.contact@email.com / To email.address@xxx.com / Attachment ZZZ with comment/signature of the customerFor the step 2 : we have to add the email + attachment to the Request_ID XXXThanks and Regards
