In the Page Designer, I tried adding a Command button for ExecuteWorkflow action in the B2B supplier portal page “Order Lines to Confirm”. When I click the dropdown menu to select a Workflow, I get an error stating “Metadata not found”.Below is the error message:IFS Web Version: 23.2.0.20231109163909.0Date: 2024-01-04T07:35:17.726Z---------------------------------------------------------------------------ConfirmB2bPurchaseOrder/UnconfirmedOrderLinesPage (server error)Metadata not found.Error details: N/ARequest Id: 11c72feb-f431-4666-a150-ead46a3cc6b1Url: https://ifsgcsc1-d03.demo.ifs.cloud/b2b/ifsapplications/projection/v1/WorkFlowBpmnHandling.svc/GetActiveWorkflowNames() I get the same error regardless of the page I edit in B2B portal, or if I use an IFS demo environment (23R2 RTM) or customer environments (23R1 Upd7, 23R1 Upd3).Could an IFS software designer comment if this is a strict limitation in the framework for B2B portal? Is it possible to add workflow commands to B2B portal
I have an External supplier invoice that was imported via integration (invoice series “SX”). In the posting proposal line, I enter my Work Order and Work Task. I authorize the posting proposal and finally post it. However, I don’t get a new Cost line to my Work Task.If I enter a Manual supplier invoice (invoice series “SI”), enter Work Order and Work Task on posting line, and finally post it, then I successfully get a new Cost line to my Work Task. I’m struggling to find the reason why these two processes act differently. Is there a parameter or some setting that affects these two processes? Any help on this would be appreciated.Br, Tuukka
We are implementing MWO for our Cloud customer (21R2). Accessing MWO from outside the company network is of course necessary, but we have not been able to establish a controlled access. The documentation we followed is here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/070_remote_deploy/090_exposing_to_internet/We enabled the following endpoints at the network administration side:Aurena Native /mob/ifsapplications/projection/v1/MobileClientRuntime.svc/*Aurena Native /mob/ifsapplications/projection/v1/MobileAttachments.svc/*Authentication /authHowever, this was not enough. The MWO Maintenance application was not able to connect. Only after we enabled also the root directory (“/”) we successfully connected using the MWO app. But that also exposed the entire IFS Aurena client to outside network, so this is not acceptable.Do you guys have experience of a clear set of endpoints that needs to be included so that MWO apps can access the environment?
Has anyone made a configuration where clicking a custom button starts a workflow (i.e. Custom Event that triggers the workflow)? In Apps10 Aurena I have used custom buttons to start custom events which execute a PL SQL block, but now in Cloud I tried the same with a custom event that calls a Workflow. Unfortunately I get an “internal server error”. The log console says:ERROR - UNEXPECTED: (Server Error) Unexpected internal server error occurred.Any tips on this would be appreciated!
I have a message text in Aurena that I want to translate to Finnish language. It is a warning text that is shown on an Assistant dialog when I cancel a purchase order line that was generated from a purchase requisition line.I can find the message in Text Translations and enter a Finnish translation:However, when I refresh the language cache (for the whole PURCH component and fi language), the translation does not appear in Aurena when I use Finnish language: Anything else I need to do to refresh the translations in Aurena? I’ve come across the situation that for pages where there is custom objects added, only after I have unpublished and republished a page configuration Aurena in Page Designer, then the new translation is updated to the page. However, this Cancel Purchase Order Lines assistant is a default setup so there is no configuration to republish. Is there some special thing for “Message” sub type translations, or main type “RWC”?
I have a Lobby page with Customer as one of the page parameters. My Lobby also has an element that jumps to Not Pick Reported Pick List Lines page. I want to jump to that page with filtering of the records using Lobby page’s Customer value. In the element parameters, I have defined the Web URL according to the IFS documentation guideline:page/NotReportedDetailedPickListLines/List;$filter=ReceiverID eq $Customer$Here is the documentation I’m referring to:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_Configuration/800_lobby/850_lobby_navigation_guidline/default.htmBut when I click the element, it jumps to the correct page but the Customer value is not passed at all. Instead it is just $Customer$ Any tips what I should try next?IFS Aurena framework version: 10.13.19.0IFS Aurena client version: 10.13.120.0IFS OData provider version: 10.13.1.0
When using the B2B portal for customers, I can review all the products available for me. When I jump to the product details, in the Attachments tab I can see the Media items, but Documents is not available. Can a user somehow see the attached documents from Sales Part? There might be important product specifications and warranties that are necessary for the customer.
I tried editing the selector in Warehouse Navigator page using the Page Designer, but so far I haven’t figured out how to do it. Has anyone else done this already? Are we even able to edit the these nested/embedded navigator selectors? My client would like to have for example the description next to “Warehouse ID” or “Bay ID”. I tried editing the selector available but it didn’t have any effect.
