We created LTU permission set and send the export to IFS for generation of license key. We deployed the same to Production. In this permission set, we could see the windows Customer Order, Quick Order Flow Handling is granted [Refer picture “BeforeDeliveryDeployment”]. Later we sent a delivery to Production which contained customized files for the windows Customer Order, Quick Order Flow Handling. Due to this, the Cust forms can be seen in the permission set but they are not granted. [Refer picture “AfterDeliveryDeployment”].Now the users are unable to access these two windows. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
Hi,We have a permission set for LTU users and is included in the license key. Now we need to modify this permission set to grant some extra presentation objects. Since this is connected to LTU license, we are not getting the RMB option "Merge grants from other permission set". Instead we have a other RMB option as “Remove License Connection”. We clicked on this “Remove License Connection” and we got the below messageWe clicked Yes. Then it threw below error.Can I anyone suggest on how we can modify this permission set?

Hi,We added Trace_SYS.Put_Line() statements inside a package. After performing some action in the IFS application screen by logging in as a user [User1], in the Debug Console > PL/SQL Trace, we are able to see the text we added inside Trace_SYS.But when we do the same action by logging in as different user [User2], then we cannot see the text we added inside Trace_SYS. We are able to see the call sequence but not the traces we added.The User2 is already given access to the system privilege DEBUGGER and the package Trace_SYS.Please let us know what else is missing. Hi,Sometimes out of the blue, we get the Information Messages like below:We did not set any conditional fields on the screen Sales Part. This is not allowing us to update the records. Even though we log in as super users, one person gets this and the other person does not. We found similar information messages in Customer Order screen to. Is there a reason why the screens behave differently for the same users but on different devices?Can we make stop these information messages popping up? Thanks in Advance.
Hi,In the Report Designer, we have the option to turn any value field into a barcode. But we need a barcode with information from two fields. Example, the barcode must have both Part No and Part Description. Is it possible to achieve?
Hi,Requirement: We are printing a report using a RMB. When it gets printed, it must print 2 copies.In general, when we print an order report from any screen using RMB, then the print dialog gives us an option to input the number of copies we need.When I am trying to perform the same from the backend using below code, only one pdf is getting generated. In a screen [frmWindow], open the search dialog, enter a value for any column and hit search. When clicked on search, I need to format the value given and use this formatted value to populate the screen.For example: In Customer Order screen, I enter value for Customer as “ABC” and hit search. But in the background, I need to format the “ABC” as “%ABC%” and search for this.We can achieve this using Saved Search but I need to implement it in the form level. I found QueryWhereStatementFormat but came to know that this can be used only for child sources.Any suggestions?
Hi,In a WaDaCo process, we are displaying the document text from the screen Shop Order. In the IFS Application screen, the data is displayed in multiple lines like below:N° AFFAIRE : XXXN° SERIE : XXXXXAPPELLATION COMMERCIALE : XXXXXDESTINATAIRE : XXXXXOF MAITRE : XXXXXPEINTURE : XXXXXBut when the same is displayed in the WaDaCo, the entire text is displayed in a single line as belowIs there a way that we can display exactly as it is displayed in the screen Shop Order?
