Hi,

Sometimes out of the blue, we get the Information Messages like below:

We did not set any conditional fields on the screen Sales Part. This is not allowing us to update the records. Even though we log in as super users, one person gets this and the other person does not. We found similar information messages in Customer Order screen to. Is there a reason why the screens behave differently for the same users but on different devices?

Can we make stop these information messages popping up?

The message you show is self explanitory - a field on the screen expects a value, and IFS will not let you save the record until you supply one.  Whatever permission a user has, IFS has logic built around every record type it has and will display these messages if the record does not have all the required fields enetered.

As per your information, we should get the same information for all users logging into the application with user IFSAPP. But it is not the case.

Only few of us get this error when we log into the application from our laptops with the super user IFSAPP. For others who logs into the application on their laptops with the same user IFSAPP, they do not get the error even though they too did not provide the value for the field Price UoM.
