Setoff the balances receive as FOC through shipments

Topic was raised on behalf of Case ID G2324889 The items receive on the FOC (free of charge) basis in shipments need to be set off from the GL 1361010 - Trade Advances - Import (PP37)- Pre paid Import Advances. For the first time we receive such through a shipment arrived in March. Therefore please advise on how this transaction should be accounted in IFS.

Functionality regarding cash discount for purchase orders, asset accounting

Topic raised on behalf LCS case ID G2283160 If you need to reduce the acquisition values of Fixed Assets objects by cash discount received for invoices with fixed assets postings, we need to select the check box 'Reduction by Cash Discount' in the window Company/ fixed Assets tab. Further, we need to Select the 'Apply Cash Discount to Fixed Assets Acquisition Values' check box in 'Payment terms' window if you need to reduce the acquisition values of Fixed Assets objects by a received cash discount. We checked our settings, and all the needed settings were already there. Standard process fixed assets: There are a few working steps before a new object at Financials – Fixed Assets will be created. Invoice correction with an incorrect date

But unable to do so, the one which i got using debug window retrieves all the information , how can i limit the information to few columns. What we need is to expose the GL Balance analysis with three parameters ( company/Accounting year/ Accounting period) Frequency: DailyFile Format: Flexible – XML, JSONData: Chart of Account Details, transaction activity, and ending balance for a given period.Period End Date Filter: Needs both current period ending balance and previous period.
