Incorrect amount in the credit invoices with discounts

I’m working on an investigation related to the issue reported regarding the incorrect amount in the credit invoice.When the customer order with a customer order line which has a discount, is released, invoice is getting created with the correct amount after the discount. But when the credit invoice is created for this customer invoice, it is noticed that the amount is shown without the discount.During the investigation I couldn’t find any bug specific to this issue. But in the RnD environment it works without any issue. Anyone can suggest me how to proceed further?

Incorrect PROG_TEXT in Text Translation after applying bug

Following changes were introduced by a bug. Those changes are not reflected in the TEXT_TRANSLATION view, even after Scanning the translatable code and refreshing the cache. How can resolve this issue.

Document attached to Instant Invoice window is not visible in Ledger Items tab in Customer Analysis window

A customer is having an issue, when a document is attached to Instant Invoice window, it is not visible in Ledger Items tab of the Customer Analysis window.During the investigation it was identified that the View Name for the LedgerItem LU is different compared to the core environment. See the screenshots below.Customer EnvironmentCore EnvironementWhen the view name is changed as per the core environment issue is getting resolved.According to the technical documentation, view should be the base view. But in the in the System Info of the Ledger Items tab the view is mentioned as LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRYScreenshot of the technical documentMay I know what are the impact of changing the view, back to same as core environment and what could be the reason for the difference in customer environment.

Report with no data

In one of the customer’s environment, Supplier ledger open item report is getting generated with nearly 300000 blank pages. First few pages have content and the last page has the summary. In between them there are pages with only the header and footer. There are no bug available. Any Idea what could be the reason.
