Hi Experts,We have a requirement , where customer want any Activities landed in PSO till it gets committed, he can see the Audit trail of the Activities. Any manual allocation done should have an Audit trail where all the details about the changes and who has done the changes can be displayed. Hi Team,We have a requirement to see breaks in mWO. Technician can take break and can finishes the break in mWO. It should be initiated in mWO and to be displayed in Schedule Workbench in PSO. Could you please guide me how to enable/configure the same. Regards,RR
Hi Team,I’m using PSO 6.9 version and I was searching the session timeout parameters to be setup for our customer.I found that the below 3 parameters need to be setup to control the session timeout and no of session per user allowedInactiveSessionLogoutSeconds MaxUserSessions SessionRetentionSecondsBut when I search for the parameters in PSO, I could only find MaxUserSessions available in the list. Other 2 parameters I couldn’t find. Are those two parameters still available or am I doing anything wrong. Please let me know.Regards,RR

Hi Team,Below are my few queries regarding service updates:Recently we applied the SU9 IFS 22R1 in our CFG environment. But after 2 weeks we found another service update SU10 is available. Also in one of IFS case its mentioned that there is a fix available in 22R1 SU11. I’m confused although 22R2 released on month of October still we are receiving service update in the older version 22R1. Till what extent this will continue. How long IFS going to support the old releases as in every 6 month one new release come up. Is there any recommendation of the version customer to go in production. As per standard practice it should n-1 or n-2 where n stands for the latest release. Is there any such recommendation from IFS?Regards,RR
Hi Team,I have installed IFS MWO Service in my android device. Hi All,We have a requirement to create Resource Buckets and assign the capacity in terms of activity per day each bucket can handle. So all the tasks related to the Resource Bucket will be tied up as per the capacity and allocated to the Resource Bucket. We have a requirement, in FSM 6.7 , business user wants to view the training material should available in application , so that they can view/download the training material from the application similar to Help Menu where user can download the FSM document for reference.Please suggest can we attach our Training document in the help menu, so that when user clicks the help menu only the User training document we prepared should download.
