customer offset, wrong invoice amount.

Good Daywe created instant invoice for our customer with amount of 1000SRin the customer Offset Page , system display the same invoice with amount 850SRsystem report MC customer open item display 1000SRcustomer offset page display 850SRhow i can investigate the error source?

customer offset; Payment is not balanced in SAR

our customer created mixed payment in company 101 and currency was SAR.the payment was transferred to company 902 with multi company voucher and the currency was in SAR.in the customer offset, system raised error “Payment is not Balanced in SAR”please advise?

reconfigure payroll process

I received the below request. to apply on IFS9i didn’t use IFS payroll system before.please advise. Please correct the numbers in IFS as per revised rate before processing payroll for January. Furthermore, since the nature of transaction is prepaid, credit entry should be mapped to below prepaid account not to accruals. Please correct the existing mapping.

in company 151, we have 3 vouchers in year 2018 months (9, 10 and 11).Year 2018 already closed, we need to approve, post and update those 3 vouchers in 2022.what shall I do ?

in the IFS , the employee 13177 was using system perfectly and used the expenses sheet page.he is in leave and system display this error message when we open expenses sheet page.I checked his account in the create account page and his account is linked to the personal information. please advise

we try to create Manual supplier invoice for supplier 202147 in company 101 and the Po related to company 111.after matching system displayed the below error entering invoices for the same supplier in company 101 and Po related to other companies (NOT 111) is working without any issueplease advice.

Upgrade from IFS9 to IFS10

we prepare to upgrade our systems from IFS9 to IFS10;i need to know; is it possible to change the chart of account hierarchy to include primary balance and secondary balance ?exampleorganization contains 3 companies 101, 110 and 120, and in each company there are production lines like101-01, 101-02, 101-03 and 110-01,110-02,110-03we need to generate trial balance and balance sheet on the main level 101,110 and 120and the same report on the sub-level 101-01, 101-02 . . . etcis it possible to use this hierarchy in ifs10 or not?

Al-Salam Alikum I defined BU code string in our company 101.in cash box , this part code is enabled for direct cash payment.but un-enabled for customer and supplier payment .how I can enable this code string for customer and supplier payment ?
