Hallo, I need some help with mWO objects. I have approximately 8 000 objects serviced by 50 technician. So I want to divide the objects into smaller parts (like service regions) & and have individual access to them. I disable property SuncAllObject on TAS. I (even) disconnect group push user (IFSSERVICEENGAPP) from the site. Doesn’t work. Every mobile user can see all the objects. What else I should do ? Any idea, please ?

I want to have full access to the part catalog in my site on mobile. device. I have “SyncAllPart” set on TAS. If I play with the mobile assortment setting It works giving limited view according to its content.Only the parts I have on my remote whse (or belonged to assortment) I can put on work order.What else do I need to make the full catalog part available ?

If I set up work task cost code condition with WIP reversal condition “Task Finished” and WIP ReversalDate “Event Date” can I somehow change apply date ?Quite often a task is finished in the beginning of the month but e.g. invoice concerns previous month and a voucher has to be posted in this period.Any help, please ?Marek
Hi, I could’t find out this topic (I’m quite new of this forum). I’m testing functionality for the technicians, trying to reach such scenario: the technician makes a transport task for a part from central warehouse (which is non remote) to his own remote (default) warehouse. As a result, there is reservation made for that, warehouse sends material to remote WHSE and then the technician can do an issue to WO. I have no idea, how to set up the system to make the stock of the central visible and accesible for the mobile ? (I do know, how it works with two WHSE’s connected to the technician, but both of them has to be remote).
Hi, all I have 4 Items on stock in may mobile (remote) warehouse.On the mobile device I see only 2 items.After initialization on the mobile (MAL user) I cant’t see all the parts wchich I put into my remotewarehouse. I see only the items located in mobile_user_invent_part_tab - I have no idea, how andwhen the part is inserted into this table.I’ve set up the assortment, remote warehouse, connected user to the assortment and remote warehouse. What else I should do ?Will be very gratefull for help.

I have a question related to probably difficult problem. Since the beginning of 2021 for all the work task transaction we’ve been using posting rules based on re-posting functionality (final reposting have place when the specific event on work task is met).This solution is not good because the dates of the reposted vouchers are the same as sourced ones.Now we need to change the postings using work task cost code, which guarantee that the dates willcorrespond with work task finish (I set up such cost code rule together with WIP code).As we have now hundreds of tasks (we can not close them now), then:I transfer all the transactions (finished, not transferred yet) using “old” posting rules. This will generate e.g. T1 with WIP accounts (not with WIP cost code) I’ll change the posting rules for the new once (based on the work task cost code with WIP) I need to change the characteristics of the transaction in unfinished state but already transferred.
