What is the reason for 'custom defined schedules' for mwo 'Synchronization Rules', not been copied from previous application version to a new version?
How to increase the Touch Apps Server Sync Service Time out from IFS Application in Apps 9.
When I change the sync all objects, sync all parts, Sync WO History for All Objects in the TAS portal for a apps 9 environment, the changes are not affected in the mobile even after an initialization. E.g. If I tick the sync all Objects in the TAS cloud resource configuration, even after a mobile client initialization, I can only see the objects that are connected to my mobile user.
How to change the history of the saved schedules? Any parameters for it?Tried ‘MaximumSavedSchedules’ but it only for the number of schedules that it keeps in the system, the requirement is to to set up how far i can go back on saved schedules.
Hello All,Just wanted to get a confirmation, if there is a Service Report option in mWO 10 RTM version.In Aurena when you are about to complete i can see the Service Report option, or even in status bar as well.In Apps 9 also, when we are about to complete i could see the ‘Service Report’ Option. Am i correct to think that for apps 10 RTM version that the service report functionality is not available?I’ve checked the permissions but couldn't find any option except for the WFC.Is that the only way available for Service Reports as well? Hello Experts,I'm using the postman to get the response for USAGE via RESTful gateway endpoint. but the response come with a ‘DocumentElement tag’ is there any possibility to remove this tag and what is the purpose of this tag? Hello,When we create a Shift template and attached it to a resource in Planning section (ARP) and as the next step we go to Resource Planner > Generate Shifts , the side panel open up and it gives you an option to select the shift templates again.Could someone explain why it is not taking the previously attached Shift Template via Resources is not enough? Hello Experts,I have setup the HTM parameters properly and HTM dB setup when installing as well. it is licensed properly. I get these errors for ABE and DSE services. a HTM re-installation is in place just to rule out any installation issues.Is there anything else that I should look in to? Many thanks in advance,Vinu.
Hello Experts, We have HTM (V3) license for NA,US,CA. How do you define the value for ‘HierarchicalDatabaseMatrixId’ ? even though from V3 onwards USA and Canada HTM is bundled together can we use multiple values for this parameter ID?In HTM DB the matrix ID is shown as NA only, but when i use that i gives me an event error message as shown below: Many thanks,Vinu
Hello,Has anyone faced the issue in apps 9, the search field in a wizard not lasting till next time, it always gives a new search wizard, without the previous memory? This is not common for all the users but this is not user friendly for a planner that he has to enter the data every time he comes from a different page where else the standard functionality would allow you to see the searches from the previous day as well.Any suggestions or feedbacks?
