I have setup the HTM parameters properly and HTM dB setup when installing as well. it is licensed properly.
I get these errors for ABE and DSE services. a HTM re-installation is in place just to rule out any installation issues. Is there anything else that I should look in to?

Issues was able to solve by re-connecting the connection string properly. Things to check:
HTM database connections string connected to the DSE from the installer or if the PSO version higher than 6.7 from the SWB > Administrator > Connection strings
Parameters ‘HierarchicalDatabaseMatrixId’ value to setup according to your license (refer Scheduling Concepts - Travel>Appendix One: HTM Matrices And Size for more information)
Parameter ‘TravelCalculationOption’ value as ‘HierarchicalTravelMatrix.
HTM verification file to be sent successfully and the PSO SWB > Administrator > Events should include a message like “Travel Database contains Matrix …….”
