Hi All,We would like to log more communications with our Customers in IFS. So far we found Business mail and Business Activity's and this looks great for Business Lead and Business opportunity's, but it seems unable to connect those to customer orders or an project. Hope someone can give me some advice. How do others log ther communication about a customer order in IFS? Currently using IFS10 IEE
Hi All, I’m trying to do same data analyses about direct/indirect hours, therefore i tried accessing data which is shown in screen “Time Registration”. View TIMMAN_JOB_TRANS.I did this by the use of PL/SQL dev. I had not all te results i expected, so i viewed the time registration for another employee in IFS. After i had checked that in IFS, that employee also showed up as result in PL/SQL. So, it seems like the data is stored in the view afther i;'ve viewed it in IFS. Does anyone have an idea how to be able to see the data without opening the time registration screen for every employee one by one in IFS?Or any suggestions for another view is also welcome 😃this is the SQL query: select COMPANY_PERSON_API.Get_Internal_Display_Name(Company_id,EMP_NO),ifsapp.TIMMAN_JOB_TRANS_status.*from TIMMAN_JOB_TRANS_STATUSwhere company_id='***'and account_date= DATE'2024-01-29'and (HOURS_DAY1 >0)
Hi All!We runned into a Purchase Requisition with an duedate which we could not understand.Hope someone in the community can help explain this.It seems somehow that MRP is not creating an requisition with dueadate earlier than an already existing Purchase Order. This is the scenario step by step:We had an customer order(-5902), which was placed well ahead. And we ordered the parts for that order, also well ahead. (duedate 15-5-2024, And Purchase Order-57 was created, also duedate 15-05) well ahead order placed, and PO released (MRP executed) So far as expectedLater, another customer ordered the same part. (Customer order -5903)This wanted date was before that ‘well ahead’order.’(Duedate 13-02-2024)The leadtime for the inventory part is 1 day. second Customer Order placed, MRP not yet executedso far as expectednow we expected that running MRP will create an Purchase requisition with duedate 13-02-2024.MRP for part settingsBut.. an Purchase requisition with the same duedate as the other p
Hi All!When printing Work Instruction for ShopOrder, we use the function “Print Attached Documents”.IFS finds the attached documents well, e.g. a document which is attached to workinstruction guidelines of a operation. In our current situation it's kind of a suprise for the one who print's whether there are connected documents. Therefore we would like to have insight in all the attached documents from the ShopOrder itself(in Screen ShopOrder).I guessed that “Object Connection Transformations” would be the solution, but i could not manage to set it so that we saw the attachements in screen ShopOrder.Does anyone managed to do this? Or does anyone have other ideas on how to configure this? Thanks!
Hi all, I was wondering how this scenario works, hope someone can explain. How does IFS/receiver know whether part A with serial 001 or part A with serial 002 should be linked to the first Part C when 2 parts C are received.
Hello,Is there an way to check which items are frequently together on a picklist? For instance: when one rare fastener is bought to be able te mount a sensor, then this fastener will always be on te same picklist with that sensor. (and not on other picklists) Thereby it could be more efficient to place te fastener nearby the sensor in the warehouse.Perfect would be: A list, sorted on most picked articles last year, with collums next to it that shows a percentage how many times that article is picked together with another article.
