(important) Preferred Format for Saving International Phone NumbersWe aim to revise the phone number formats to ensure users do not encounter error messages when attempting to initiate calls through the CRM Panel due to an incorrect format.
Phone No. for the below contact is not showing in the panel even though it exists in the Comm Method on Person screen - Also note that even though the person record is Protected, it still has an address identity with work as the address type that is linked to the comm methods.
We edited the communication method for below contact via the panel - However, in IFS incorrect contact (linked to a different email) got updated. See below -
Currently when I click on the call icon in the panel, I automatically get navigated to the new Teams - When I select “Not right now”, the call doesn’t go through - Is there a way I can stop this prompt for switching to new Teams and use the old Teams to make the call?

Is it possible to create a new contact person via the CRM Panel if the contact already exists under the Communication Method tab? Currently, in this scenario, the panel only provides an option to edit the name linked to the communication method
Currently, when an email is received, the format of the contact's name is as shown in the screenshot below - The original format in the received email, as seen in the above screenshot, is lastname,firstname. Panel creates the contact in the same name format - Is it possible for the name to be automatically formatted as FirstName.LastName in the panel without requiring the user to manually edit the first/last names in the panel? So that when they create a customer contact via the panel, the name format is correct.
