one of our users has reported that he’s noticed the Safety Stock and Min Lot Size fields being updated unexpectedly. He’s noticed that these fields get changed to 0 and is not sure why this is happening. He’s asked his staff if anyone is changing the values but no one is. Is there a process that may be updating these fields that we’re not aware of?This is a snipit of the screen from Production with the values set to 0Here is a snipi from a non prod environment that was a refresh of Production February 4. Any suggestions as to what could be updating these fields or where to look would be greatly appreciated.
When a user attaches a document to a manual supplier invoice the document is available to view from the GL Voucher Rows or GL Voucher Row Analysis screens. I believe this is related to the fact that on the document revision screen, Object tab the Gen Led Voucher Row and Ledger Items are included. Where is this configured so I can get the documents that are attached to mixed payments and/or cash boxes copied to these GL objects like the AP Invoice documents?
Why doesn’t the Maintenance material Requisition status change to Close once all lines are issued?
We have a unit code of ea which shouldn’t have been created but can’t delete it because it’s been used. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to ensure that the users cannot type ea instead of EA?
Is there any way to tell who created a line on the Mixed Payment Transactions tab?
We have several large .hprof files in the temp directory of our IFS Production instance and are wondering if it’s ok to delete them or are they being used by anything. ThanksShelley
We have a user who’s manual supplier invoice window is not showing the Invoice Header fields. We’ve tried clearing her personal profile but it did not help. We also gave her IFS_full permission so we could compare all the Properties but all properties were showing as expected. Even with the IFS_full permission the screen was not showing the header fields.It seems to be only an issue with the Manual Supplier Invoice window and only the single user.Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would be appreciated
Wondering if anyone has ever done anything to create error when a user tries to release a purchase order that has no cost the po line. or is there a setting on the site or company somewhere that I’m not aware of.
On the Register Arrival screen, we added Code_B so the users doing the register arrival would be able to see what ‘project’ the parts were for. I want to add the same field ‘code_b’ on the PO Line the to the Receipts screen but it’s not getting populated. Not sure what’s wrong.
