I am trying to create a create window with transfer RMB option on the Purchase Order screen that will open the Manual Supplier Invoice screen and display the invoices with that PO number. It works if the PO Ref on the invoice doesn’t contain multiple po numbers. If the supplier invoice is for multiple po’s on the single transaction, we enter all the po numbers, separated with semi colons (;) and then match the lines. Is there a way to create the RMB option that will go to the manual supplier invoice screen if the po number exists somewhere in the PO_Ref_Number. Thanks
We have a unit code of ea which shouldn’t have been created but can’t delete it because it’s been used. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to ensure that the users cannot type ea instead of EA?
I am creating a new payment proposal for payment method of ‘check’, acknowledging the payment proposal and creating the payment order. I go to the Supplier Payment Orders window and RMB to select create check paymentclick ok in the “Print and Create Check Payment popup windowclick ok in the Check Payment Details popup windowbut as soon as I do, the record is cleared from the Supplier Payment Orders window.The Report Format & Output window appears and I can preview my check before printing but I can’t cancel….the check is already processed. Is this intended functionality. Why can’t I ‘Cancel’? See attached document
When the tax_amount field is left blank on an external voucher import or removed from the template, IFS leaves the Tax Amount in Acc Curr blank and users have to manually convert the currency tax to the accounting tax. In our template, we have only the currency_amount and IFS converts that amount using the currency rates to automatically show the accounting amount. Why does it not do the same for the currency_tax_amount and automatically convert it to the accounting tax amount? To convert it manually in the external file before importing, users have to go look up the currency rate that will be used by IFS to convert the currency amount to the accounting amount so the voucher won’t be out of balance, then put the amount in the file before importing. Or import it, get an error, and manually type in the amount in the accounting tax amount field.
When a user attaches a document to a manual supplier invoice the document is available to view from the GL Voucher Rows or GL Voucher Row Analysis screens. I believe this is related to the fact that on the document revision screen, Object tab the Gen Led Voucher Row and Ledger Items are included. Where is this configured so I can get the documents that are attached to mixed payments and/or cash boxes copied to these GL objects like the AP Invoice documents?
Why doesn’t the Maintenance material Requisition status change to Close once all lines are issued?
Occasionally we get background job errors with the following error message:“The quantity issued may not be greater than the required quantity.ORA-20110:MaintMaterialReqLine.ISSUEDMORETHANPLANED” I understand that this happens because the line in the script is pointing to the wrong field and actually tries to issue rec_.plan_line_no. What I’m having trouble understanding is why it doesn’t happen every time. I just duplicated 4 material work order lines. All 4 lines were inventory items. 2 of the 4 had a quantity of 1 ea on hand and the other two items had 0 on hand. I created a purchase requisition for all 4 lines and then rolled the requisition into purchase orders.I approved and released the purchase orders and then did the ‘register arrival’ to receive the quantities. Based on the error mentioned above, I expected only 1 of the 4 lines to auto issue because the quantity required was higher than the Material Line Item No. Qty required 125, line number was 123.However the auto i

On the Register Arrival screen, we added Code_B so the users doing the register arrival would be able to see what ‘project’ the parts were for. I want to add the same field ‘code_b’ on the PO Line the to the Receipts screen but it’s not getting populated. Not sure what’s wrong.
