My users in a specific permission set keep receiving an permission error when they expand/click on the attachment panel at the bottom of the page (specifically in the Customer Order page): I’ve already given them permissions to the following projections listed below. Is there anything else that I may have missed that manages the permissions to view or use the Attachment panel? I am trying to understand where or how Aurena is deciding what to show in the search header fields.The reason is because I am trying to get the “Customer Name” search field to show up in the Business Opportunities search header and it is not in the “More” drop down menu.There is no actual column for the “Customer Name” in the business opportunity view. The customer name only shows up in IFS IEE Business Opportunity screen because it is a built in field that uses a function to retrieve the information.Is the only way to get a “Customer Name” search header field is to create it as a custom field in the Business Opportunity view? and if so, where do we find the section in Aurena that allows us to change the labels for these search header fields?Thanks for your help.
I have created a counter element for one of my Aurena Lobbies. This element works in IEE but not in Aurena. The counter populates the correct number in Aurena but when I click on the element, I get a Server Error when it is trying to filter out using my data source condition on the Business Opportunities screen. Something to note, I am including a custom lu table in my query. This is the query I am using in the data source. The lobby takes 3 parameters (Sales_0, Sales_1, Sales_2). I was wondering if there was a way to display the whole record of a column if it has multiple lines in table in Aurena?For example, in IEE we have a large field that can display multiple lines: In Aurena. it is set up as a table and I can’t seem to find a way to expand the column to view the whole record: I noticed that if you hover over a regular field and it exceeds the size of the box, there is a pop up that displays that whole record and I am wondering if there is a way to do that with the table view:
In IEE, I was able to create a custom RMB in the Person page to open up an Aurena Page in a new Microsoft Browser. Now I am trying to add a $filter string to have the Aurena Page filter by the Person from IEE. The IEE field that I want the RMB to use is “PERSON_ID” and the Aurena page person id field name is “Cf_Person_Id”. These are the $filter strings that I added at the end of my Aurena URL, hoping would filter the page:?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $[Person_Id] ?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $[Person_Id]$ ?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $Person_IdNone of them work, the URL only works properly without these filter strings. Can we use an IEE field as a parameter in an RMB when opening up an Aurena URL and if so, how?
I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates. I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?
In Aurena under our Business Opportunities page, the user is able to click on an arrow beside one of the Business Opportunities listed and the Lines will expand out (nested display). I noticed that it calls the API that pulls Active lines for a specific business opportunity but it does not filter the Active Revision so the display shows duplicated lines since it is pulling from ALL revisions. Is there a way to fix this where it only chooses 1 revision to display?
My user created training videos for Aurena a couple weeks ago. He re-watched it and noticed that Aurena used to have forward and back buttons in the top navigation but now it does not. Did anyone else noticed that their forward/back buttons disappeared? and has there been an update or is this a bug?
In Aurena - when I set up a lobby as a homepage, the navigation tree is automatically set up to go to the Lobby Overview link. I have two questions in reference to this:Is there a way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree to show 3 specific SUB-links (i.e Customer, Business Opportunity, Business Activity ) rather than the Lobby Overview link?Also, is there a way to default a group of users homepage to a lobby rather than having them individually set it up themselves?
