Hi Community, at a Customer we discovered the problem that tasks assigned to a ressource and send to mobile are not synchronized anymore. We discovered in the debugger that two values are NULL in the transaction, but we could not find out why. The funny part is, that the work tasks are transmitted to the device after re-initialization. Hi community,Product: App9 - UPD16 A customer has 24/7 service globally and they are scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts twice a day. It’s running for 2+ hours sometimes (not identified the situation). Usually it runs within 10mins for them. Since they have many mobile users connecting to the system during the same time period, and since the job locks all these user sessions, the system run out of the connection pool and goes down for all users. Question:Can this job “Refresh All Inventory Parts” scheduled to be run based on site? So that they can schedule few jobs where each job runs in off-peak time for each site. Appreciate any inputs.
Hi Community How the Work to prepare in MWO is filled ?
If a user has a mWO task and starts it, there will be normally a completion on the same day or even the next day/week/month. When the user forgets to ‘pauze’ the task, it will lead to a lot of hours worked on the task.Massive number of hours bookedIn the example above I've completed a mWO task that was entered/started quite some time. In green I see at (1) that for Wednesday November 10th there are approx 1990 hours booked.Question: is it possible to spread the hours automatically (backwards in time) over the scheduled hours?Version 10.13..1360.0 is showing in mWO (Windows)
Hi guys, one of our customers has asked a question which I hope you can help with. The customer is is running Apps9, Update 1 but their MWO version is currently UPD9 PS2, HF1. The question is: Android have recently released their new OS and we have found some issues with compatibility with our current version. I understand that at present IFS only support MWO 9 up to Android Version 8. I just wanted to confirm the status with regard to support and how we can resolve this issue. It is likely that going forward any new devices that we receive will be pre-configured with Android V10. Any help would be gratefully received.
