Hi TeamThe issue is that the client wants to change the node field value via the Astea Employee Portal itself, and it is grayed out at certain statuses. So, we would like to know from which status to which status the node field will still be editable. Astea version: 14
Hi Phil,It appears to be a custom status called ‘Rejected’.However, the order is still in Service order and not Service order history. So, by running ‘InvoiceOrder’ macro, will the order be invoiced? And also, where can I find the list of macros, their code/config in Astea?
Thanks for all your support.By running updateAll.bat in utility server, the issue got resolved.
Hi Team,Thanks for the suggestion. However, even in native, I am receiving some error.PFA screenshot for reference. Any other checks I must be doing? Let me know if I am missing something.
Hi Eisha,Yes, it is occurring for all the orders. We have logged a ticket (EU0073595@@1) in vendor portal. Hello Phil,Automatically when you first open the Audit Queue before executing a search? Is this only when you right-click on a returned row to execute invoicing? The error appears, when I right click on any order and click “Audit rules check” If I click run without selecting checkbox of any order (for all orders matching the criteria) Is this affecting all users?Yes What version of Windows is your OS Client?Windows 10 Enterprise Have you logged this with Alliance EMEA Support yet as this is looks like it will be a support issue?Yes, EU0073595@@1

we checked it and found that the IP address of the hosting machine is provided there (we have only one application server for QA). So, we just changed it as localhost and tried restarting the service. But it did not work.Let us know what else we can do to resolve this.
Sorry for the late reply. We tried importing using the generic ITF and we got the below error.Execute Macro 'Retrieve$#DISABLELOCK' failed.reason: An error occurred in one or more Business Components.Check one of the following reasons:Incorrect macro
Thanks for the response. This helped us to meet the client requirements.
Hi Phil,Thanks for the detailed explanation. All the DC sessions pointed to the same server. However, by simply deactivating and activating the session for specific regions in the Dispatch Console Session module, the affected dispatch consoles started working. Not sure about the technical aspects of this fix here, but it seems if assuming all the setup is correct and no changes were made and still DC is in disconnected state, then Standard Operating Procedure must be DSE service restart, IIS reset and finally as a last step (if first 2 did not fix the issue) deactivate and activate the sessions. Kindly correct my answer if I am misleading here on the topic. But following these, the issue was resolved for us.
Ok Thanks for your time and replies.Much appreciated. Will reach out to support team.
Hi Phil,Thanks for your suggestion.I just exported the customization from customization manager. But before proceeding to delete the existing customizations, I unzipped the .gz file and opened it in a notepad, just to be sure. There I found this.“if not exists (select 'x' from sysobjects, syscolumns where sysobjects.type='U' and sysobjects.id = syscolumns.id andsysobjects.name ='c_order_line' and syscolumns.name = 'cst_ref')alter table c_order_line add cst_ref varchar (200) NULL”looks like it will again create the cst_ref column if I import back. The situation isUI (has no cst_ref) customization manager (shows no record of this, as deleted already) Data dictionary, DAL and other app files (has cst_ref) DB (has no cst_ref as we dropped it)
