I was able to determine the reason for the previous error, but now I am receiving a new error message when trying to “Create Transactions” when transferring a Fixed Asset:
We are using both Tax & Internal for Depreciation:
Thank you for that suggestion. This particular object is not connected to the TAX_NM320 book:
We have cleared this error. It was a small tweak to the External File template. There is a checkbox on the Input Files tab under the Processing Options title called “Skip All” that we had to uncheck.
Thanks for the response. Now that we are past that issue, we are receiving a new error that I can’t figure out:When I look at our system, that method does exist:Not sure what else I need to do to determine the issue.
When setting this up do we need a different check series than the one we use for Supplier Checks or could we use the same?
Thank you for the response. It doesn’t sound like this functionality is the same as it was in IFS9. We could create vouchers as shown above. It’s not very intuitive. The whole purpose for creating a Multi-Company voucher should be so you can create one instead of many. This new functionality doesn’t do that.
Thank You! We haven’t worked with Authorization Groups so that was exactly what I needed😃
Hi Nancy - thank you for the response. I see the credit on customer’s account after creating the payment proposal but when I create the payment order, I am getting a message saying no items were selected into the payment order. See below:
Thank you for the suggestion. I know we have BA but have not used it for Financial Statements. I will offer that suggestion to the business.
That was it! I can’t believe I didn’t even try that before posting😂 Thank You!
I am in IT & have full permissions but the option is not available in IFSAPP9
Unfortunately that option is not available in this situation. Any other options?
