The issue of on hand qty was resolved, the stock was under hold through the availability control id. Once the value was made null on-hand qty started appearing.
Now we are able to view the lobby details through B2B user however in VMI products the on hand quantity and other details are not coming, we have existing on-hand quantity for the part however it is showing ‘0’ in the B2B portal.
How to configure access for supplier related to specific parts only.NO, supplier should not be able to create or change inventory parts, only view onhand stock, existing demand and supply to plan replenishment.
I am actually not savvy with the projections feature, would appreciate if you can share any steps to cater the requirement i shared. We have a requirement where one of our suppliers need to have access to our IFS10 ERP to manage certain inventory parts (VMI). Especially visibility to onhand quantities for those specific parts only.
This functionality is there in IFS 10 however it is not addressing our requirement to have a control to put hold if the invoice is not matched to PO (we are currently not using posting proposals)
We are not using aurena client, is this option available in IFS 10 UPD7?
Hi, It would be good if we can clarify if you mean Material Overhead, which is overhead cost associated with issueing of COMPONENTS to the manufactured part, OR if you mean General Overhead cost, which in this context is related to the administration work of the shop orders (or other overhead related to the manufactured part which is not operation/work center specific) How do you create overhead cost buckets in IFS? Well my advice is to use the Overhead Cost Assistant which you can find in the navigator. I try to summarize the steps you need to take to create a general overhead cost bucket in the mentioned assistant: 1)Create a general overhead cost element (will also create a cost bucket with same ID) 2) Choose overhead type General Overhead 3) Would you base it on a %-factor or a fixed cost? (fixed cost can be per unit or per batch (=>lot size)) 3.5) You can base the the “%” on Total Cost (using source element 500 or 502) 4) And then you can assign it to a Cost Template - normall
Thanks found the details in the documentation. “For some scenarios it is not possible to map the target and source columns due to the fact that the source columns are not included in the target database view. You then have two options which both require some programming work. You can either extend the target view with the necessary columns or create a stored function that makes the actual key transformation. The name of the function should in this case be registered as the transformation method. Note that it should also hold the package name, e.g. My_Package_API.My_Transformation. It needs to be defined as a function that returns a string value. It also requires two values in parameters (strings); the Target Key Reference and the Service Name (in that specific order).”
Hi,Thanks for the update, would appreciate if possible to share any documentation related to the same.
How will i pass the values for relevant target key references as parameters to my custom method.
