When you login to the new IFS Service Center, it does remember the password you tried to enter, so please use Incognito mode the first time you login in.So please try incognito mode within Chrome, click the 3 dots to the top right of the browser and then ’New Incognito window’. Paste this web address: https://support.ifs.comFirst page enter your business e-mailSecond page enter your business e-mail and your new password
Hello, was there a fix for this? I’m getting this same error as well. I reset via the ifs.com website but the second login page I’m still receiving the expired password issue.

We are having the same issue as well, even though the work task is no longer transferred to mobile.
Unfortunately, since we use the Service Management side of things, our work tasks don’t display under Work Management. So would you happen to know where it is kept on the Service Management module in cloud?
Is there a way to make the series include a letter, instead of just a number series? i.e. Customer = C1
