Hi @buddhima In IFS managed cloud environments, the data on the database server is stored in UTC timezone. This is converted into your local timezone based on your PC time zone setting. What I meant was the time related functions in the FSM ui such as date time fields, time only fields etc. (ui perspective) will be automatically converted into your local time zone even though the persisted values are in UTC in the DB. @buddhima Are you sure that this is coming as an information message log? this should be an invalid token exception that you are receiving from the sever log and ideally it’s supposed to log the message even at the minimum setting of exception log level. However, there can be many token validations which could pass or fail in the gateway and if you are not witnessing any problems in the environment this should not be something to concern about. Yes, this was logged as an information message. No authentication issues in the env currently, so should be fine. Thank you for the help! :)Regards,Buddhima
I suppose this is from an environment using SSO due to the clientId being localhost, or? Any issues with user authentication? Or is it just a message that you frequently saw in the log file? Hi @buddhima , This is referred as an authentication exception in the fsm gateway when you do not receive a valid secure token from fsm. Just check whether the user has been automatically logged out of the activities from fsm as your person_id session might have an invalid/null session. DEV and PRD didn’t have the issue. But in TST and ACC the custom reports were missing. I didn’t open a support ticket for it, as we have only 3 custom rdls. It’s faster to upload the files. ;-) Maybe you can ask internally what the cause of issue. I am curious about it. FYI, our environments are in IFS cloud. Look forward to your update. Cheers, Buddhima Hi @buddhima , Is this a version upgrade? web.config files does not usually change if this is not a version upgrade but we always ask the cloud team to make sure that the necessary files are in place after a version upgrade delivery in the delivery instructions document. Can you cross check whether the setup file which was taken to build the delivery is the same if it is not a version upgrade. Hi @SAMLK, Thank you very much for your reply! 😀I got the cloud team to send the web.config file from the server and this is what it looks like I checked the web.config file in the deliveries folder, the upgrade package made for this and it is different to the one currently in the server. <CustomAssemblyLocation>%RoleRoot%\sitesroot\0\CustomAssemblies</CustomAssemblyLocation> <CustomEntitiesAssembly>CustomEntities.dll</CustomEntitiesAssembly> <CustomPoliciesAssembly>customername.BusinessServer.dll</CustomPoliciesAssembly> <CustomManagerNamespace>customername.BusinessServer.BusinessPolicies</CustomManagerNamespace> Should I get the Cloud team to change the current web.config file in the server as the one here? However, the apk has not been replaced correctly during the deployment. Current version is this. Do I need to upgrade the version to 6.22.8363 from the code before building the apk? I am asking this because this forum says that the mobile is sequentially upgraded through “FSM Application Server, Web/Smart Clients, Mobile Client” option so I thought maybe the installer is not fetching the new mobile apk as the version was not upgraded. @SAMLK could you give some input on this please? 🙂 Cheers,Buddhima

Hi Buddhima, I think you only need to set it when using more than one App Server and it should be a network path instead a URL as seen in your screenshot but I’m not sure if this is related to your issue here. If this custom method is calling something related to SSRS then I believe they are using server-side Reports through MS Reporting Services. What’s the value of ENABLE_CLIENT_REPORTS, if it’s N then I expect that REPORT_SERVER_URI_SSRS is correctly set? Hi @SAMLK, Thanks for the reply :)I am unable to debug this since the on-premise installation of the customer is not public IP facing enabled. The only way is to go through the code by referring to the server logs.Looking at the stack trace, there is a custom method which throws the above error:that takes in a parameter “attachmentPath”. This value is being set through the CreateSSRSReportPDF method. Perhaps the error occurs because the CreateSSRSReportPDF method returns an empty string value? Thanks & regards,Buddhima.
