Thank you
Another great document Thank you very much
Hi @Uthpala, We have the same issue as reported by @ZEPWAYNEH , using: 23R1, in more details: IFS Cloud Web version: 23.1.3.20230705170642.0 IFS OData provider version: 23.1.3.20230705171938.0 Should we create a case for this or is this Community post sufficient? Kind regards, Stephan i have already got a case open for this. I will keep you updated
Hi @Alexander Heinze thanks for the recommendation. I have tried the solution you have proposed but have come across an issue.I have updated so I don’t use implicit breaks resent load file now breaks are coming though as recommended however, once the route is committed the break seems to disappear and it does not transfer to MWO. see photos below, Break is visible Committed the route. break is still visible at this stage PSO receives update from Cloud and break disappears. No break is transferred to MWO. Could there be a setting that I am missing for this not to work? Thanks for your help Wayne
Think i got this working now. So we need to make a 1 to 1 relationship between wage codes and absence types to get this pulling through to PSO with the correct data. I plan to test more tomorrow and will feedback Thanks for your help
Hi we are using HR absence.every time we enter an absence of any reason it comes though as unavailable. Do you know if we need to change anything in the PSO side? I will have a look at the data files tomorrow to see what IFS is passing to PSO
Hi @Alexander Heinze I have tried the solution you proposed (great document by the way so thanks for that) but in PSO still shows that the absence and unavailable. We are using IFS cloud 22r2. is this a later development or could I missing a step any help is appreciated
Hi @ZEPWAYNEH , have a look at the document that I posted here: IFS Cloud - Scheduling demystified (22R2) | IFS Community The chapter “Resource unavailability/absence” explains the necessary configuration steps and brings you to this visualization: Hi Alexander, This is great document thanks for sharing!
