Wanted to give an update on this thread. I was missing Labor Run Factor in some of my routings. I now wonder if Labor Run Factor will behave the same way as Machine Run Factor and if the Factor Unit is “Units/Hour”, should they (Labor Run Factor and Machine Run Factor) be the same number?
That is where my confusion comes in as well. Information on routings, work centers, labor classes are set up properly from what I’ve reviewed. In IFS Test, there are 3 Shop Orders (1 planned, 2 MRP) that pulls Labor Load Details. I have used them as my basis of comparing all the relevant fields but still have not found any difference between the part numbers for those and the other part numbers.
Hi @Björn Hultgren, thanks for the reply.Yes, the “Include CRP for Labor Load” is enabled when performing the CRP run.
@matt.watters, is there a way to also do this for by-product components? The original component would still be listed as the main component but there would be by-product that can be used in it’s place… Finance has asked that we do not change the Product Structure so we would need to make adjustments to the by-product part to reflect the LTO differences. Would it be the same concept even if it’s listed under the By-Product tab and not under Components?
Thank you @Stan Gruijters and @Björn Hultgren for the insight. @Björn Hultgren , is this option available outside of Aurena?
Thanks for the feedback, Stan. Did this customization create brand new lot batch numbers for the by-product received or was it able to be pulled from the component part lot batch sequence? Curios if this could be an option for us here.
Yes, we make sure the revision is at 1. It still gives this error
I was able to figure out what the issue was. There were changes missing in the Source Mapping portions. Default values were missing from the field and causing the error as well as some LU were not correct. Thank you for your response.
Did you ever get to the root of what caused this error? I am experiencing the same thing.
That did it! Thanks so much!
