Hi @LXK ,Yes, you can update to the latest version of UPD22. But, please note the process of updating your application will be initiated in your DEV environment and it cannot by installed directly into your TEST environment. The update process usually works as in DEV installation (Update Team) > BnT Installation (Delivery Team) > TEST Installation (Customer side). Once the BnT installation and delivery is completed, the release will be available in the FTP location only for 30 days. Then, you have to download and proceed with the TEST and PROD installation from your end. Please refer to the below article to know about the step by step IFS Application version 10 Update process.https://ifsworld.service-now.com/now/cwf/agent/kb_view/kb_knowledge/a8d30c871bfe29d0d48387b5604bcb2aIf you wish to update your application, you just need to create a case with IFS and in the description, mention that you need the latest UPD or the specific UPD you require. Hi @Romain_SNP First, Restart your machine. If you have given any new path for tool installation, please try out with the default path which will map it to the C: drive and then follow the same steps to see if it works. Also, check if the version of the tool is compatible with your machine. Because, The current version will only work with IFS Applications 10 or later. If any of these steps doesn’t work, please try to install the previous version (21.82) of the developer studio tool and follow the installation steps. It must workDownload from : IFS Developer PortalThanks,Vageesan
Hi @Romain_SNP ,If the tool is currently open, please close it before proceeding. Erase the contents of the "User Directory." Find the directory at "C:\Users\<user_id>\AppData\Roaming\DeveloperStudio\23.2" and delete all files inside the "23.2" folder.Obtain a new installer from the Developer Portal and proceed to reinstall the tool. The tool should now install without encountering any issues. Thanks,Vageesan
Hi @skurumehmet ,Reinstall the ToolDisk (Development tools with Visual Studio) to a different location, making sure that the provided details, including the build home and project root, are accurate. Make sure to install in a location where you can easily navigate to the URL by copying and pasting it into the file explorer. Use straightforward words for folder names, avoiding spaces or special characters. If the issue persists, attempt a complete clean and build. Sometimes, errors and warnings may disappear during this process. Check the specified locations mentioned in the errors. Confirm the presence of the specified erroneous files, and if they are missing, consider adding them.Regards,Vageesan
