Hi Martin,I will send you an ETM Channel that cover this.
Hi,Can you please answer this question first:Should people be able to jump in a workflow? Thanks,Dimitri
Hi Abdullah,I think that your workflows have been created without mandatory tasks. this will allow you to move the workflow to the next stage without the previous tasks being set to resolved or closed. Should people be able to do this?I just tested the following on my own local environment (assyst 11.6.3):stage1 2 tasks > stage 2, 1 task> complete stage.I logged a ticket and task 1 and 2 were created. Instead of resolving these tasks I started Stage 2. This generated 1 more task. I resolved this task and this moved the workflow to the complete stage and at that time I was allowed to close the parent ticket. The 2 tasks from the first stage remained open of course:
Hi,Perhaps you can raise an incident with our service desk that discontinued records should not be taken into account when it comes to delegations?Kind regards,Dimitri
Hi,The row limit in ETM only applies for the retrieving of records when you create a DMW. There is no row limit for importing of data using ETM. Kind regards,Dimitri
Hi, Can you please clarify the following:Are the tasks still open and not in the resolved / closed state and the workflow has reached the last stage of the workflow? Thanks,Dimitri
Hi,Delegation will only work if you have an unique alias for each contact user. If you have the same alias for all contact users the delegation functionality will not work.please see the following article in the wiki:Delegating Authorizations and Decisions in the Self-Service Portal - assyst11-6Wiki (axiossystems.com)
Hi Trevor,The only way to achieve this is using a script in combination with an ETM channel. Please reach out to your customer success manager if you have questions on this. Kind regards,Dimitri
Hi Alex, yes you can re-run the installer. If you saved the installation file you can just enter this information.
Hi,we normally use a pre-fix for the assystNET users. You can define this prefix during the installation of assyst when you are adding your authentication provider. we normally use a prefix 'ad-’.so if your network login is:john.doe@company.com and you need to be able to login to both assystWeb and assystNeet you will need to create the users as follows:for assystWeb shortcode: john.doe@company.comfor assystNet Login: ad-john.doe@company.comand as said, in the installer you define the Contact User Prefix as ad-. These alerts will also display in the info zone of the event monitor and the info zone of the tickets (unless these are configured to not be displayed in here)
