Permission Set Grant Structure

Hi @Sunny ,you can use the view fnd_user_role to find which permission sets have been granted to a specific user/users.And you can use view FND_ROLE to find the details of permission sets (when it was created, which type it is ect..)And also you can use FND_GRANT_ROLE view to see to which permission sets a certain permission set/sets are granted in the structure.You can join these views to see some further analytical details. Tracking the FIRST creation date of a Purchase requisition line

Hi @LundahlOskar ,You can use history logging for this requirement. You can enable the history logging for the Created Date field in purchase requisition screen. Missing Inventory Barcode id

Mystery solved. If creation of a barcode part label is rolled back (e.g. inventory_part_barcode_api.New), then the resulting barcode_id will be skipped on next call. Hi @Hans Andersen , can you give an example to re-create this / to roll back a part label in the application ? Thanks,

WADACO Error - ORA-20106: You do not have privileges to use the "Data_Capture_Session_API".

Hi Ron,Paste that database method (Data_Capture_Session_API.Get_Process_Details) in the Database Objects tab Find space in the permission set details window, and see which permission sets it has been garnted and whether the users have been granted with those permission sets. And grant the relevant permission set (which have access to this database method) to the users. Thanks,

How do we determine where order is pegged?

HI @HAYLEY.WILLIAMS ,Please check the demand code of the customer order line. Most probably I think it will be Purch Order. If there’s a demand code, demand order ref will be there in that column. Go to that demand order (e.g. Purchase order) and RMB on the respective line and try unpegging from that. Thanks,

Routing in Shop Order Requisition

HI @GISMAMAL ,You can use the Routing Lot Size for this requirement.Under Routing Lot Size tab in the routing screen, you can specify the Min Lot size for each alternate. So, if the lot size of the shop order is equal or greater than that value, that particular alternate will be used. If you need to set a default alternate for all shop orders for a particular part, irrespective of the lot size, I would suggest, as a workaround, you can set the Min Lot Qty as 1 for the desired alternate, and set Min Lot Qty as a larger value (such that the Lot size of your shop orders not reach to that value ever) for other alternate/alternate. Therefore, alternate with Min Lot Qty of 1 will be always fetched. Thanks,

delivery address on po line needs to be the same as the header delivery address

Hi @smelanson ,If I understood your requirement clearly, you want the PO line delivery address to be same as the PO header delivery address always (or for some specific customers, sites etc)And you want to prevent the users from changing the line delivery address to a different one other than the header delivery address.If that is the exact requirement, a custom event can be created to pop up an error message to prevent saving a PO line with different delivery address than the header delivery address. So, since the delivery address in the PO line is fetched from the PO line demand site’s delivery address, I don’t think there’s a setting to fetch it from the PO header.But, a custom event would do that for you, where the event action change the delivery address back to the PO header delivery address. Non consumption of inventory part

Hi @adz316 ,When a part is transferred from one location to another location, the inventory qty of that part will be with the latter location, and the transferred qty will be reduced from the previous location and the total inventory value will be also reduced accordingly. Are you referring to this scenario ? You can use “Receive Inventory Part” window or counting-in method, to manually receive a newly-created inventory part into inventory, without using purchase orders, shop orders etc. But, there will be inventory transactions created, which affect accounting.Thanks,

Hi @Nico Bens ,This is the IFS core functionality. If the Parent part (Engineering Part) is not serial tracked, we cannot add a serial-tracked component part / child part under that parent part. Reverse direction is possible, anyway. Thanks,

Register Arrival - Process detail /RECEIVE_SERIAL_INTO_ARRIVAL

Hi Ron,Hope you mean the WaDaCo process configuration for the Register Arrivals process. There, the RECEIVE_SERIALS_TO_ARRIVAL check box seems to control the location to appear within the Register Arrivals WaDaCo process, and only the arrival type locations can be selected if it is checked.If the parts you are going to register arrivals / received are serial tracked in your inventory, it is a must to enter a serial / scan a serial upon receiving. However, if you are going to receive a purchase order, you can try reserving the serial serial numbers within the PO line, before registering the arrival, and making the serial number to auto fetch within the WaDaCo process, whether it will going to work for you.If a part is serial tracked, a serial number should be there within the receipt process. Sales Quotation - Copy Quotation Lines

Hi @LScruggs70 .Now I see your problem. So, when selecting and copying all quote lines in one quotation and pasting all them into another quotation (maybe a quotation with only the header created), but the descriptions of each line do not remain in the changed one, and changes back to the default one which is in the sales part, right ?I think this cannot be changed, since it is the code logic, since they execute as new records although we are pasting.As a workaround, you can use the default “Copy Quotation...” RMB option, and uncheck all options except Quotation Lines option. Then, a new quotation will be created with exactly the same as the previous quotation lines. But, Quote header details will be also copied, but you can change them thereafter which is very easy. Hello Ron,You can try the below settings for the highlighted data items which related to the serial settings in REGISTER ARRIVALS wadaco process, along with the RECEIVE_SERIALS_INTO_ARRIVAL check box ticked.Not sure this will help, because there’s a possibility you’ll get an error at the end of the wadaco arrival flow, but at least give it a try.
