Hi,You are missing an Oracle patch from the database where your oracle_home contains a latest version of patch than the oracle database. If you have access to the database server you can update your database with the patch available in oracle home without restoring the database.

Hi,You can manually create another instance for the second IFS environment easily Create a copy of the current Crystal reporting web service folder in your www document root Change below highlighted values according to your corresponding IFS environment including encrypted IFS internal user passwords (those can be found in instance configuration xml file inside ifs_home) OR you can replace ifs-crystal-config.xml file from the one available in CrystalWebService_64bit_<instance_name>.zip Open IIS management console and refresh the web application root, when you see the newly added directory convert it to a web application using dot net application pool Change the system parameters pointing to this newly created crystal web service and you should be able to generate reports then
@Ruchira How to restrict user from changing the password more than twice in a day? Hi There is no inbuilt function to achieve this but should be able to go around it by modifying the verify_function. I do not have any examples though
Hi,Check if your database processes are ‘Scheduled’ and has a valid ‘Next Date’ If the there are any broken processes delete them and toggle ‘Schedule tasks process startup’ to OFF and then back ON to recreate them

if it’s IFS managed cloud installation you can request these passwords from IFS cloud services but if it’s a remote installation you’ll need to install the MT server again.IFS cloud’s user authentication source is not the database hence changing the database account passwords will not work here
