Hey @jporter Update from the benchmark team: The idea now is to provide a guide every R1 release, for 23R1 it will be in the form of a paper (no xlsx). This will be based on EA and hopefully published in time for GA release When it comes to MT configuration, there will be an update of “config calculator” every R1 and R2 release. Some stats will be updated every SU But this is only on the sharepoint site which is accessible for IFS employees only. Hope this helps. Kind regards, TT Hi Toby, thanks for the information. I know 23R1 is released on the 25th May. Do you know how we can get access to the new config calculator?thanksGary
One of our customer has a requirement for a huge business report (56 columns of excel BR report) and they prefer creating information sources from IAL's. For me the challenge is the limit of 4000 characters on the IAL . In fact we need at least 32000 limit to make a meaningful IAL. Right now I have to split the IAL's into 13 parts and then I have to create one final IAL by calling that columns. The whole process become cumbersome , difficult to maintain the code and do changes. I know IFS decided to depreciate the IAL use but please suggest alternate. Meanwhile I created a Quick report to at least test the IAL data. My challenge here is that the report is timing out since it only runs for 300 seconds and error's out. Being a technical person I am worried about the complexity of working in Cloud. Please guide me what are the best options available for creating customized Business Report on the cloud installation is below. Also wish to know what could be the LINK to be provided in IF

@cblome I have raised the issue with IFS Support - Investigations are ongoing. One avenue that we have looked at is if the Kubernetes cluster had installed correctly as all the PODS were stuck at a Pending State.. Hi we have the same issue. How did you resolve that? thanks Gary
@cblome I have raised the issue with IFS Support - Investigations are ongoing. One avenue that we have looked at is if the Kubernetes cluster had installed correctly as all the PODS were stuck at a Pending State.. Hi we have the same issue. How did you resolve that? thanks Gary Its been my experience that if you have PODS in a pending state you need to look at the logs using the ./mtctl dump --namespace [namespace] command. This will create a dump folder in the delivery folder and you can see which POD is holding things up. They run up one by one but will not start new PODS if one errors. It could be you simply don’t have enough memory or a database connection error, but you will only know by looking at the logs. Thanks, Alex Hi Alex, thanks for your response. We have resolved this now. It looks like we had some conflicting IP addresses between the database and local ip addresses. We amended them and reran the mtinstaller and that
Thank you @Alex Ivkovic, I’m still getting the same error when browsing ASMX from IIS. I also noted a mismatch in "LocalNetworkIpRange" in main-config.json. So I edited main-config.json and recreated the Kubernetes cluster. After that I executed .\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller ` --set ifscore.networkpolicy.crystalhost=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX What did you do, when you notice the incorrect configuration of “LocalNetworkIpRange" and were you able to browse ASMX without any errors after the changes? Hi,I am having the same issue since we upgraded to 23.2.1did you manage to resolve this? thanksGary
