I have came across two reasons for this issue to occur. If Group push user is not connected to the relevant sites. If your user is connected to more than 80 sites.
Thanks for the response @Uthpala. Is there a place in work task where this check is visualized after ‘Suggest to Reassign the task’ is checked from mobile.
Different information (Allocated Start and end /Duration) shown in work assignments and scheduling
Scenario 2: We have transferred work to the mobile via PSO, in a way that creates multiple visits. Then from mobile start work. Then the mobile user needs to incomplete the work. Then the current visit will be incompleted and remaining will be cancelled. Creates new work from mobile at incomplete. Q2: Why we see different information in scheduling information and in work assignments?Q3:How Incomplete/ cancel from mobile can affect PSO scheduling.?
Yes you need to add for the latest application in use. ServiceEngApp2 should be the old version
Hi, You need to grant relevant permissions in order to see the tiles. Go to Solution Manager > Aurena Native Apps >Administration >Security Grants and Entity Filters >Security Grants By Permission Set Select the relevant permission set for your user Add relevant security groups for the correct application Initialize the application
Hi @Bandula , I have one more question regarding this. Now my mobile user is connected to less than 80 sites and Grouped Push entities are synchronized to my mobile. However, should the GP user also connected to less than 80 sites? Best Regards,Nethmi
Thanks for the explanation @Bandula. It would be really great if this information can be included in the error logs.
Hi @Bandula, In this environment, the mobile users and the IFSSERVICEENGAPP user are connected to same sites. Still, I get the “1=0” condition applied for some mobile users. Best Regards,Nethmi
Hi @Kalana Rathnayake ,No I haven’t created any permission set filters. /Nethmi
The problem is that some of the user in this environment are connected to a the filter condition “1=0”. Therefore, the grouped push entities are not synchronized to the mobile.
Hi @Bandula,Can you please explain how to apply permission set filters for GP entities. BR,Nethmi
Thanks a lot @Bandula
Hi Please refer below topic .
Thank you @Bandula. I hope this does not affect Tech portal as well?
There are two way to use NFC enabled cards. You can go to a particular window and swipe the card. The clock-in will be registered automatically. You can click on the clock-in button but the window will not be opened. Within a given time-out period you have to swipe the card. Then the clock-in will be registered. In order to do this you have to do some configuration in these windows. For and example consider the Clock-in window. You have to define the clock-in window as ‘Card Driven Execution’ Enabled(highlighted in the above screenshot). Then to define the format of the card, below window can be used. A card number must be assigned to the employee and it will be visible in the below screen.
