Please click on the pen/pencil shaped icon next to the ‘Open Map’ icon at the bottom of address field and it will open the pop up where you can edit the address details.

Any text describing the department in which the requisitioner works can be entered against a requisitioner in Procurement basic data → Requisitioners window and it will fetched to this field on PR header.However the field is only for informational purposes.
Hi @SMANUEL Assuming your question is, whether it is possible to change the qty initially entered on the PO using POCO , the answer is ‘yes’ that is possible by editing the ‘New qty’ field on POCO line. Please share if there are more concerns.
To manually print the Delivery Note; please search with the Order no in ‘Print Delivery Note for Customer Order’ window or in ‘Delivery Note Analysis’ Window & Print.

HiDispatch advice can be sent when the Internal Customer Order is ‘Delivered’ and the Delivery note is created and printed. To manually proceed; in the ‘Print Delivery Note’ window, RMB on the line → Send Dispatch Advice.Or use the shipment window when applicable as mentioned in previous comment. Or when setting up the Internal Customer; in Order tab → Message Defaults tab it can be set to send Dispatch advice automatically.
