Dear Community, Environment We have a weighted average part setup like below. Then, we have created a PO for this part and let’s say the supplier of the PO is “A”.Now, after register arrival we are creating the manual supplier Invoice (with a different amount compared to PO’s amount) for this PO but to a different Supplier “B”.Question is will there be a problem in the cost revaluation of the stocks now since the PO’s supplier is different to the Invoice’s supplier ? Thank you,
Dear Community, We have a question related to Cost Bucket “170” and PO Charges. Environment Inventory Part setup (Weighted Average) Cost Setup of the part Cost Bucket “170” is defined. (Hoping to capture the Charges of the PO separately) There is a Price and a Charge amount defined for the PO After receiving 1 qty --> Inventory Transaction looks like below. (Ignore the Delivery Overhead as it is not relevant to the problem). All the values are fine. Inventory part Unit Cost However, when checking the Inventory part Unit Cost Details, we can see that both the Price amount and Charge has been captured under the Cost Bucket 110. Question is why the Charge amount is not captured under the Cost Bucket “170” and displayed separately here ? Thank you
Hi, In the standard IFS Cloud is there a way to trigger maintenance work (a Work Order may be) automatically when we start a downtime for a Work Center Resource in the Shop Floor Workbench ? Machine operator is starting a downtime due to a fault in the machine. As a result, the maintenance crew needs to be alerted about this (we can use a custom event for that). The important requirement is, that the system to create something like a Work Order automatically in this instance. So, the maintenance crew can record all the required work tasks, task assignments and all of that properly through the system. Using the IFS Cloud version 22R1.
Hi Community, We have a scenario like below and appreciate your ideas on how to map this to the IFS Application (10 or Cloud) What we have tried so far:A Customer Order at A with the Supply Code “Purch Order Dir” : This will deliver the goods to B (mapped as an internal customer ) but it will be completely consumed. Not stored at a location in B Destination Warehouse function in a PO at A : limitation here is we can select only the locations in A not B Create a PO header for A but the line to a Site in B : This way the goods can be received to B but all the costs and transactions will be for B, not A. Hence no Inventory Cost or Invoices to A Create a PO for B with part Ownership to Customer (map the A as an internal customer) : Here the problem is Inventory Cost is not captured to A, also cannot create an Invoice under A
Hi Community, The below issue comes in IFS Cloud 22R2 version. Internal Price for the Project has been set Now, 1 hour has been reported to Activity A1. With the cost of 150This is correct as it has properly fetched from the Internal Price setup. Create a Resource with a cost of 20 There are no Persons connected to this Resource Add this Resource to a different Activity A2 in the same ProjectWhy the Planned Cost is shown as “150” here ? This problem comes when there is already reported time for some activity in the project.Anybody has an idea ?
If a component i.e. “AG-TF-SUB-02“ is defined as “Not consumed“ in product structure and is driven by Master Scheduling and the assembly i.e “AG-TF-SUB-01“ which contain “AG-TF-SUB-02“ is driven by Master Scheduling it isn't recognized the “Not Consumed“ Status of Component AG-TF-SUB-02 and demand for “Not Consumed“ Component Part was created. Would like to know your opinion about this behavior. Product Structure AG-TF-SUB-1 Master Schedule AG-TF-SUB-1This is correct Master Schedule AG-TF-SUB-02Is this the expected behavior ? Subsequent MRP of Parts work as expected.
