Dear Experts,With the latest FSM6U13 release an enhancement was made so that the object groups defined in FSM are sent to PSO via the integration, eliminating the need to restrict data access using separate datasets.Could someone please explain how to setup this configuration correctly as many customers and partners have come across sync issues on this. Hi Experts, One of our customers have raised a question on the Apple ABM process required for FSM iOS app distribution.“I would like to know whether we can utilize the direct link download mechanism mentioned in Apple distribution methods (link 1 below), as Electrolux have a business case where there are technicians (3rd party) who does not have an Electrolux account, but wants to install the FSM iOS app. Since they don’t have an Electrolux account they won’t have access to Microsoft Intune (ABM), so they will not be able to download and install.For Android, we are able to sideload the application as it can be downloaded from the FSM Server URL, problem occurs for iOS. Hi Experts,As you may know, several regions use the comma as their decimal separator in numerics. This change is accommodated in FSM web client when the regional settings have been modified. However, this is not the case for FSM mobile. Despite changing the regional settings in the mobile devise, the comma is not accepted as the default decimal separator. Is there a known fix for this? Hi Experts, In the FSM schedule board screen "Person Calendar Exception" lookup is showing the Exception Type. But does not show the Exception Type Description.It is not possible to adjust the screen 'Person Calendar Exception' as it is not available in the UI designer.Background is to change the visualization of the Exception type -> not only to display the code value but to show the description. As I have checked its showing "PERSONCALEXCEPTADD" screen but that screen is only showing exception ID. Hi Experts,One of our clients has a concern why the web client search screens wouldn’t respond the browser zoom level that they use.That means, they would want the whole web page to be populated no matter the zoom level they’re in.For example;When the browser is at 100% zoom level, the search results are as below: However, when the zoom level is at 75% the search results will not adjust so as to populate the whole screen: Also note that there are 152 records available here and I’ve set it to display 100 results per page. But still there’s a huge unallocated space left when zoomed out. Will adding this feature be considered for future releases? Thanks,Minindu
Hi FSM Experts,One of our customers are getting the below error where unformatted date-time stamps and completion codes are truncated in the iOS app. This makes the completion code unreadable.
