Delete Option in Import/Export Wizard in FSM

Hi Everyone, Sometime back i had seen delete bulk option in Import/Export (in Import Option) in IFS FSM. I am aware that it can be enabled if needed. Could someone please help where is that option and how can we enable the same?

Invalid condition code for a part, product family and product name combination

I am trying to create a new Part which is condition code enabled and I get the error invalid Part, product family and product name combination. Anyone has any idea when does this happen.Note: I am keeping product family and product name blank and still getting the error.

Appointment Booking Option in Service Cloud

We have setup all the parameters for PSO in our application, however when the Service request is initiated and the scope is added to the service requests and the tasks are getting generated based on Service Catalog, we do not get the option for Appointment booking so that Appointments can be retrieved from PSO. Could anyone please help us with the reason for of us not getting the Appointment Booking button?

How to search Requests that belongs to a range of created dates in Smart Client

We have a customer who would like to have the requests searched based on date range and not type.  What is available is:The greater than and smaller than operators can be used in combination with “+” keyword to combine multiple search criteria.EG: To search Requests created between 4/21/2022 and 4/23/2022, the following keyword can be used in created date field{>4/21/2022 12:00 AM+<4/23/2022 12:00 AM} What customer wants is two different fields and them selecting the dates via a Calendar in Smart Client Advance Search section on Request. Is that option available in FSM or is there a way it can be done?

Serial/Part Change on Repair in IFS FSM

We have a requirement from one of our customers where in once the part (serialized) is received for repair,  after repair there is a possibility that the part becomes a different part and probably a different serial. Is there a functionality in IFS FSM 6.14 for the same and how do we handle this scenario?

QR Code Scanning in IFS FSM 6.12

There is a requirement from customer for QR Code scanning (with multiple fields for example, Part ID, Serial Number, Box Number, Condition Code) and when scanned the value to be added in the receiving record or just extract the serial number and add it in usage considering parts can have the QR Code on them which are used by Technicians while entering the usage. Is that supported in IFS FSM? if yes, how does it work please?

Scanning on Receiving Screen

Scanning on Receiving Screen.We have a requirement from one of our customers, that on receiving screen they would like to have the scanning facility (wifi scanner) in such a way that on units tab, as soon as serial is entered in row 1, it automatically goes to new row and user is able to just continuously keep scanning the serial numbers (like how we have in supermarkets).They would not like to new button every time. to create a new row and then scan the serial.Also they would prefer even the first time they don't have to click on new. They would just want to start scanning and the entry should be created in units tab automatically. They just want to scan one after the other and system should automatically consider it as a new serial. Is there an option to do so?

Escalations towards Manager in Escalation Hierarchy

In the Escalation Hierarchy we have the option of creating the escalation towards Supervisor / Manager in Person Record.And then start considering the positions mentioned in the hierarchy.I have added the Manager Sequence as well to make sure that escalation is created towards Manager first and only on Supervisors approval that escalation should be going towards any other person in hierarchy. However this is not happening and creating the escalation directly to the position, could you please confirm what setup is going wrong? Note: The escalation is not for approvals but process escalations.

Dynamic LOV in FSM Dashboard

In FSM Dashboard/Lobby we have the option to add filter’s based on the Lookup Source in Data Tab in Dashboard configure Page.However can we have multiple filter criteria’s which are dependent on each other. Example: First Filter Criteria is CountrySecond Filter Criteria is StateBased on The country selected, we would like the state values to be autofiltered and show the states associated to only the selected country. Requirement would be, on the lobby the manager should have option to see the entire Countries details and then he selects the state from filter (dynamically changing values based on country selection) and gets the results based on the state. Is that possible inside FSM Application and what would be the best way to handle this?

IFS FSM Lobby Element Dynamically Changing Results

Lobby Element changing values dynamically based on Filter selection. For Example, we have a lobby element created with list of open Work Orders (requests)By Default it should should all requests, however as soon as you select country, the same lobby element should filter the values based on Country selected and after state is selected, it should show the workorders associated to the selected state. We can definitely create three different lobby elements with First one without condition, second one as request.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$” (Just as an example)And third one asrequest.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$”request.user_def2 = “$STATE_PROV$” But is it possible that the 1lobby element behaves in three different ways.I tried with Just the third one and unless you select the values, it will show Zero results (and expectation is it should show the entire list)

Import / Export Wizard Restrictions

As I read in one of the other community posts, there is an MPM which can be requested in order to add restrictions on Import/Export Wizard.https://community.ifs.com/service-fsm-touch-apps-document-management-mwo-mro-pso-43/import-export-for-all-users-7961Can I please request you to confirm is the MPM needed to make modification to Import/Export Wizard available in any of the releases from IFS and in which version? Also what does the MPM do? Does it give the option to remove the additional features other than Export from FSM Table in Import/export Wizard? Plus, Is there any way we can restrict the tables the user see as well inside the wizard?So, we would want a user to be able to import the information only to a certain table and not have the option to see other table.

Import / Export Feature in FSM Webclient

FSM Webclient does not have the feature for import / export. Unfortunately because of cybersecurity reasons, users cannot be given access to smart client.Is there an alternative to handle import feature via Webclient.Also, is there any roadmap as when will this feature be added as part of future releases?
