Hello, looking to understand the differences between the Person Competencies and Employee Competencies. We have imported data to the PERS_COMPETENCY_PROFILE view and the data seems to be the exact same other then that there are few differences in column.Is there a benefit to focus one over the other?
Trying to see what i am missing here. i have updated a few shift for a few resources however i do nto see these changes reflect on the Resource Shift Change Log screen in the cloud. Entity: ResShiftChangeLogView: RES_SHIFT_CHANGE_LOGi does not seem to be recording anything on the table when i checked the db.is there something i need to activate prior to enable this change log?Version 23R1
We are bulk importing work order/work task for the purpose of historical data. These are completed orders that client wishes to load into the system for reference purpose. Is there a way/process to auto set the status of these imported orders to “WORK DONE”?

Unable to select a Functional Object to a Service Request.We have created a functional object, however having trouble adding this to a Service Request/Work Task.Are there any documentation on explaining how this link happens? Please see the example and screen shots below.User = IFSAPPSites Per User is defined as shown below.Functional Object that was created as shown below.When creating a work order the Object is not selectable as demonstrated below.Can anyone shed some light to why this object is not visible/selectable?
Trying to add a custom Attribute to the Work Task Screen however the created custom Attribute does not show up in the field list. Trying to add to the Work Task (JTTask).the custom attribute was added to JTTask from the Entity Configuration and published.When i go back to the Page Designer on the Work Task screen and search for the field. no fields show up. Would anyone be able to shed some light?
