In Apps 9 there was a field within both Part and No Part Requisition Lines called ‘Cost Return At’. If this value was set to ‘Arrival’, this would create a work order posting when the purchase order created from the requisition was received. I cannot see an equivalent field in Apps 10. Is this functionality available somewhere else? We basically want an entry in the Cost tab of the Work Order Task when a purchase order (created via requisition) is receipted.
Does anyone know how to resolve this error? User is trying to Reprint Original Invoice via the Customer Analysis > Ledger Items table.
When quickly registering a customer we would like to make it madatory to enter a Delivery Address. You can make address lines madatory via address set up, however the template customer must have these fields populate before you get to the Delivery Address window below. Does anyone have any ideas how we can ensure users are amending the address lines?
Is it possible to identify which Template Customer ID was used when quickly registering a customer. I can see the check box showing the customer was quick registered but I cannot identify the template used. Thanks in advance.
Has anyone created a custom event that would, upon creation of an External Supplier Invoice, do the following. Look at PO Reference field on External Supplier Invoices screen and identify the value in BUYER field, within the header of the purchase order. Update the INVOICE RECIPIENT field of the External Supplier Invoice with this value.Appreciate an invoice can contain multiple purchase orders. If the event ignored these or obtained the buyer from the first purchase order on the invoice that would suffice. Any thoughts or guidance appreciated.
Is there a way to have the BUYER of a purchase order automatically the invoice authouriser without applying Purchase Order Authorisation Rules? I’m aware you can set up Authorisation Routing Rules, however this appears only to let you select 1 named individual or a group of individuals. My example, two employees raise seperate purchase orders for the same supplier and a seperate supplier invoice entry is created for both purchase orders. I would like each employee to only see a posting proposal for the purchase order that they raised. Thank you,Harley
On release of a customer order, a Pick List is automatically printed. We want to stop the system printing this Pick List only for 1 order type. However, we still want the system to automatically print the invoice and delivery note. We do not want to make any changes that effect any other Order Types. How can we configure this behaviour for this order type?
