Synchronisation Service Notes from MWO to Cloud

Hello, I have a problem with the synchronisation of Service Notes from MWO to Cloud in 23R2. I am able to see in Cloud the changes made to the notes in MWO only after initializing MWO. I have tried with the synchronisation rules and server cache, but it is still not working. Does anyone have any ideas how this would work?Thank you very much! Best regards,Iulia

Filter resources in PSO by absence

Hello, is there a possibility to filter after absences and see for example only the resources available for a period of time?I have tried with filter “Absence”, but then all resources disappear, and I have also tried with Activity type Miscellaneous Allocations (since PSO is integrated with Cloud), but I would like to filter after resources, and not activity.Do you have any suggestions here? Different colour for absence categories (private appointments) in PSO

Hello,I plan to use Miscellaneous Resource Allocation Categories in Cloud for defining different types of absence categories. In PSO, all absences categories are shown with the same colour (e.g. orange when using Color Activities by Status). Is it possible to fix the resources via filter?

Hello, our customer wants to use the filter options in PSO and see for example only the resources for a certain city. But if he wants to fix an activity to a resource, than all resources appear, not only those for the specified city in the filter. e.g.: Even if I use a filter and I see on the gantt only the resources from a certain city, in ,,Fix to resource”, the dispatcher can choose from all resources from the country. Is there a way to be able to fix to resource according to the filter used? Thank you very much,Iulia

Missing information about who did manual changes in PSO

Hello, If I make manual changes to an activity in PSO, is it possible to see who made the changes? I have found this information in the documentation and it seems like it would be possible.I have enabled the parameter ReasonRequired and now I must give a reason each time I make a change to an activity, but in the History Tab I still cannot see information about who made the changes or the reason. Should I look somewhere else or is there another parameter for that? Thank you very much,Iulia

Difference between Colour Activities by Activity and Activity Type in PSO

Hello, does anyone know what is the difference between Activity and Activity type for Colour Activities in PSO? As far as I’ve seen in the Legend, there are exactly the same colors for both of them. Travel time bar not seen on the gantt - PSO

Hello, does anyone know how to change the colour of the shift on the gantt, so that travel time can also be seen? For my dataset, the time between the activities is coloured with dark grey, so the travel time is seen only when I hover on it. Usually, there is a light grey, as far as I’ve seen. I have tried various colour parameters for my profile, but nothing seems to work. I am probably missing something.Thank you very much.Iulia

Off shift in MWO before starting the work task - what is the reason for that?

Hello, when trying to accept a work assignment in MWO, this message appeared, saying that the shift has not been started.Even though it’s no problem in starting the shift and continuing with the work task, I do not understand why this message appeared. For this user there are no shifts defined. Is there a possibility to see in Cloud the shifts (and I haven’t found it yet) or is this related to some kind of synchronization?Thank you very much.

Clock In and Out functionality when assignment is transferred to MWO

Hello, The customer would like if the dispatcher in the backend could manually process the time stamps that a technician has to set (e.g. working, completing the work etc.). I have thought about the Clock In and Out functionality, but it seems like it has some limitation when the assignment is already transferred to MWO.For example, even if I clock in and choose a time and date, the fields Assignment start and Work start are not being filled in.The same happens when I clock out. The system allows me to do this, but there is no data populated.I have also tried to enable Allow Clock in automatically on site level, but there is also no data populated.Do you have any ideas here? Cannot see Dataset in PSO

Hello,I defined and activated a Dataset in Cloud, which I am able to see for example in Planning in PSO, but is however unavailable in Scheduling. The dataset is connected to the site.In Events, I also receive some warning messages: Operation PostData failed. Result code: Unauthorized Do you know what should I do in this case, in order to see the dataset in Scheduling?Thank you very much.
