Hi,Recently, we are configuring Horizontal cluster for ifs app.MainServer 2 and IntServer 2 setup successfully using details of ifs document. Hi all,we setup shrink lob segment schedule job and it was running well.but now it goes to warning stage.i can see below error in background jobs.what can i do to solve this error? Hi all, We upgraded touch apps server from 10.10.301 to 10.20.497 . after upgrade i could access admin portal of touch apps(with new upgraded version). but unable to login IFS AURENA scanit 10 client device ,it showed below error every time when we tried to loginw3wp.exe Error: 0 : ERROR_PROGATED_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION:Stream was not readable.what can be the reason? Hi All, We created a lobby image element , value to these images is passed through a URL.But in lobby I’m getting a black cross mark on the middle of image as shown in attachment. when put cursor on that image it shows ‘Can’t access image location’. when i open it separate window i can see it without black cross. Hi ALL,When I’m trying to log in to Business Report in excel it gives the below error. the error mentioned about ‘Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an ole action’, We are in the IFS cloud. Business Report Version is 5.0.25.0. I saw in another post this error was resolved once upgraded to BR client 5.0.18. But here I have the latest one but still appears this error from time to time. this happens to other users as well.What Can be reason for that,Is there way to solve this.Kindly give your comments Thank You
Hi all, After applied update 16, the check-marked option when opening posting proposals was changed from “I’m Next Authorizer” to “All”. Previously it worked fine. Hi all,There is a background job running at midnight everyday for create and delivery shipments, most jobs running successfully but a few jobs every time go to a warning state. the error is mentioned below.Shipment 43267 ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource Batch queue is 44 which runs this shipment job, there is only one background job running in that queue.I also increased processes up to 3.is anyone know what other actions can I do to prevent this error happen?Thank Yousara
