How to test SFTP readers/senders in IFS Cloud?

Issue:After completing the configuration for SFTP readers/senders according to the following documentation, how to test the functionality of SFTP readers/senders?https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/030_administration/030_integration/300_ifs_connect/010_configure_connect/060_transport_connectors/configure_sftp_transport_connector/#sftp_sender_specific_parametersResolution:According to RnD team,There is no functionality like having a test button or whatsoever now to test SFTP readers/senders after the configuration is completed. There are internal discussions to include functionality to test SFTP sender like in IFS Application 10. For SFTP reader you can test the connection by checking whether FTP location has the access by using a third-party tool like "FileZilla".

How to enable history log for a custom attribute of an entity in IFS Cloud 22R1?

After creating a custom attribute for an entity, it is required to enable History Log for that. For that following steps were followed. Test Plan:Create a “Custom Attribute” in the "PurchaseOrder" entity and publish it. Open the "History Log Configuration" page and search for Lu Name "=PurchaseOrder". Observe that only one entry is shown with Table Name "PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB". Expectation:Expects another entry - "PURCHASE_ORDER_CFT", so can enable logging on custom attribute. This used to work in IFSAPP10. See following attachment. But in IFS Cloud, it doesn’t seem like above. See following attachment.

Interface Impact cannot be analyzed in Update Analyzer

A Cust layer add-on function calls a standard function. How to add new In-Memory Acceleration Packages in Cloud?

Issue:Cannot add new acceleration packages in Cloud. IFS Print Agent configuration is not PRE-FILLED

Issue:When downloading and running the Print Agent, the documentation says it should prefill most fields. It gives them a default value but a dummy one.Product Version: 22.2.7Resolution:In IFS cloud, the authentication is handled by IAM identity providers. Therefore, it is necessary to set up an IAM client id for IFS Print Agent. How to access ftpeu.ifsworld.com from Linux DB hosts?

The following questions were raised regarding this.Where is the Excel stored until it is emailed? Is it stored on a table in the DB? If stored in a DB table, which table is it stored in? Error: User XXX has not been granted access to activity AbortRequest

IssueTest Steps:01. Open many Windows like below. 02. Then press the 'Back' button. An error message will appear.Error: User XXX has not been granted access to activity AbortRequest ResolutionThe actual reason for the error message mentioned is not having permission for "AbortRequest" activity. The activity "AbortRequest" is an IFS base functionality. You can view "IFS Base Functionality" inside the "Activities" tab. Custom Enumerations do not contain exact client value when used via REST

IssueI want to implement an interface to IFS by using RESTful APIs. In my specific case I want to query IFS for customers via REST. I am using the projection CustomerHandling to GET information for a given customer number. We have developed several custom objects within the LU CustomerInfo and some of them being custom enumerations. If I query IFS for the customer, I get a JSON result containing all fields of that LU but with the issue that the enumerations do not contain the value they show in the IFS client. The database has the correct value too. Only via REST the Enums return something else. In fact, I don't know what the value should represent.Please find attached two screenshots. How to optimize a slow running SQL type Quick Report?

Refer to following “Quick Report” query which is taking 10+ minutes or even timing out on some occasions. Any ideas on increasing performance of this SQL query?
