Appearance Configuraion context field is not enable in Different language

Hi community, After update the IFS Cloud to 22R2 Service Update4, we had an issue in the Apperance Configuration Page when we login to German Language. When we create a New Appearance Configuration, the field “context” is not editable and not showing the LOV. But its perfextly working when we login to English.in German: in English: Does anyonw has an idea, please let me know. Thanks Best regards,

IFS Excel Add-in issue in IFS Cloud

Hi Community, I have tried to add the Excel migration Add-in (IFS Excel Add-in - 21.2.0.2) using both Excel windows client and office 365 web client for IFS Cloud. When I click the IFS Excel Add-in icon in the Excel, I am getting the ADD-IN ERROR.For the window client, I have opened the Excel as ‘Run as  Administrator’. so this is not a privilege issue.  Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Best Regards,Kapilan

Issue when Creating a new ifs home or instance

When try to create a new ifs home using installer.cmd located inside IFSHOME or create a new instance using installer.cmd located  BUILDHOME/build_home/installer/os/windows, we got a below error Error :Error in Ant-script: server\install_fndmws.xmlReported error is: The following error occurred while executing this line:C:\ACS2_DEV2APP10\build_home\server\install_fndmws.xml:214: Failed to install Middelware Server! Error is: Exception when installing IFS Middleware Home: C:\IFS_ACS2_DEV2APP10\tmp\as\resources1188118356681766909\install_fndmws.xml:480: Failed to install Middleware Server. Quick Time Reporter in Aurena is not enabled/not showing anything

Hello Community, For customers who are in APP10, We can not able to add/modify or even not seeing the Quick Time Reporter in their Aurena client. When first click, the page comes as below.After few seconds, it changes lke below.anyone knows why this happen and why the New button is not enabled? Open Links from My Start Page Apps 10 in a external Browser

Hi Community, Normally If we open a web page in My Start Page in App10, its trying to open the web page inside the IEE client. (It ask to install the plugin for different browser). But is there any way that we can able to open the web page link in a external web borwser (eg: Google Chrome)when we click the link ?   Best Regards, Kapilan

User creation and Set password issue in 22R2

HI community, We upgrated our Cloud to 22R2 SU1 last month and we had an issue when creating a user account and also setting the password. Application throw an client error and below is the error shown in the browser developer tool.{"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"IFSIAM_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND","message":"An item with that ID could not be found. Code: 404. Details: {\"error\":\"RESTEASY003210: Could not find resource for full path:and this is a BUG.The cause for this issue is:The ‘ifsiamadmin’ has been granted with an additional default role. It should be only granted with the role ‘'default-roles-{realmname}'Ex: 'default-roles-ifsclouddev'Resolution:The default-roles-{realmname} role should be added as an effective role.
